Job Title: Video Producer Role

We are looking for an experienced Producer/Post Producer to join our agile team of seasoned production professionals in producing world-class work. In this role, you will collaborate with the Executive Producer, Executive Creative Director, and Production team to manage projects and crew across a wide variety of styles, scopes, and timelines. Professionalism, an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to explore creative solutions to any issues that arise in the process are key to success with our clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and actualize overall production budgets

• Prepare production schedules

• Staff both live and post-production teams

• Work with your Executive Producer, Executive Creative Director, and Head of Production closely on all project updates.

• Understand the project requirements and work with the Executive Creative Director and Writers to conceptualize creative ideas that meet client needs and budgets.

• Attend meetings, both internal and client-facing, to discuss ongoing projects.

• Run daily stand-ups with the post team for each ongoing project.

• Work in teams of varied sizes on projects which require diverse skillsets.

• Work across multiple project deadlines.

• Collaborate with all team members to advise on optimum approaches and workflow for production pipelines, improving efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Producer/Post Producer, and Certificate, Associate’s

degree, Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years as a Producer/Post Producer.

• A strong roster of previous work you have produced and/or post-produced.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google office apps.

• Familiarity with the editing, color-grading, and VFX (3D, 2D, composting, etc.) production pipeline.

• Ability to successfully work with and mentor production coordinators and the postproduction team, even for tasks that fall outside your main areas of expertise.

• Ability to lead both onsite and remote teams of editors and VFX artists.

• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets with creativity and efficiency.

• Strong client-facing experience and professionalism.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Good written and verbal communication and teamwork skills, and an openness to feedback.

• Excellent time management skills.
