Senior Producer, Social Media Content

As part of the global Content Marketing team at ONE, the Senior Producer will play a key role in driving the organization’s ongoing expansion and specialization of video content across social media, with a focus on YouTube and Facebook, by ideating and producing socially engaging and shareable content. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all elements of content pre-production, production, and post-production process, including writing, filming, planning, scheduling, storyboarding, and editing. 
  • Oversee budget and resource allocation on shoots and projects   
  • Ensure all projects meet deadlines and high creative standards 
  • Brainstorm and execute new content concepts with cross-functional teams 
  • Oversee content audio, graphics, visual effects, and platform/language versioning 
  • Conduct and facilitate interviews when required and help direct on-screen talent 
  • Work with producers and production assistants in managing video library  

Requirements:  

  • 5+ years experience with production and filming work, preferably with experience creating serialized content for YouTube and/or Facebook  
  • Excellent writing/scripting skills 
  • Expert knowledge in digital video production 
  • Knowledge of the combat sports industry strongly preferred 
  • Highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects concurrently 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights/weekends of events
