We are seeking to cast a FEMALE ELEMENTARY or SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER for a Public Service Announcement ad who reside in the Austin or 30 miles radius or Permian Basin West Texas area including (Midland / Odessa / San Angelo / El Paso/ Marfa/ Alpine) and surrounding towns.

Seeking MALE INDUSTRIAL WORKER – to include OIL RIG/TOOL PUSHER, FACTORY WORKER, CONSTRUCTION, FARMER/RANCHERS, MECHANICS. and other industrial trades who live in the Permian Basin Area including (Midland / Odessa / San Angelo / El Paso/ Marfa/ Alpine) and surrounding towns.
RATE: $2500-$4500 pending on which spot is used.
Shoots on location in Mid December.

The character communicates heavily through physical proximity and subtle physical actions. Requires strong physical comedy skills and the ability to portray contrasting emotional states, including calm stillness and sudden hysteria. The role also doubles as Luna, David’s young daughter.

The Esther Drama is a powerful story set in the ancient emperor of Persia. In this biblical story, Esther, a young Jewish girl becomes Queen and in the end takes a courageous stand and saves her people from annihilation by the wicked Haman. The drama is filled with suspense, fear, courage, trust, love, evil plots, and amazing victories.
Auditioning for Main Actors:
King Xerxes is a main character. King of the ancient Emperor of Persia.
Requirements: Male, Ages 20-50, Acting experience, Christian, good singer, strong stage presentation, ability to memorize many lines, and good communication skills. Dramatic acting. Send in a dramatic acting monologue.
Haman is an evil and cunning character who becomes the Grand Visor of Persia and devices an evil plot against the Jewish people. In the end his plot falls on his own head.
Requirements: Male, Ages 20-60, Good actor, ability to portray a sly cunning character, good singer, dramatic actor, Christian, good stage presentation. Send in a dramatic acting monologue.
Mordecai is Haman’s rival. He is a Jewish scribe for the Persian Empire. He has conviction and great courage. He raises his cousin Esther to fear the Lord and when she becomes Queen, he encourages her to go before the King to save her people. He does not bow to the wicked Haman even though the King required it.

Job Description:
A Brooklyn outdoor theater production is now casting equity and non-equity actors for Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare. This Shakespeare casting call is open to performers of all genders, with most tracks involving doubling. The production will take place in Carroll Park and is seeking bold, vocally strong actors ready to perform in an outdoor environment without sound amplification.
This is a paid theater opportunity offering a stipend for the showcase run. Actors with classical training, strong text clarity, and musical abilities are encouraged to submit.
