Casting Call: Actor for Feature Film

Job Description: We are excited to announce a casting call for a major franchise feature film under the banner of Kate Dowd Casting. We are seeking male actors of East Asian heritage, aged between 25-45, who possess a large and imposing physical stature. The role requires individuals who have experience or skills in physically demanding activities such as sumo, martial arts, stunt work, boxing, wrestling, or other comparable skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Play the assigned role following the director’s vision and the script’s requirements.
• Attend all scheduled rehearsals, costume fittings, and take part in promotional activities as required.
• Work collaboratively with the film’s creative team and other cast members to bring the character to life.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness and readiness for physically demanding scenes.

Requirements:

• Male actors aged 25-45 of East Asian heritage.
• Physically large build, suitable for a role requiring a commanding presence.
• Prior experience in sumo, martial arts, stunt work, boxing, wrestling, or a related field.
• Ability to take direction well and adapt to changes in performance as the role may require.
• Professional attitude and reliability throughout the production schedule.
