Summary of Position:
The Mirrored Media creative department operates as the agency’s lead for creative ideation, conceptual development, experience architecture, brand storytelling and design.
We are currently seeking a Creative Director to join our team to support creative development and management of new and existing clients and campaigns. The Creative Director will be responsible for spearheading the creative concepting and executional design of campaigns from start to finish. Candidates should have experience working hand-in-hand with producers and external vendors to ensure all ideas and campaign elements are feasible given client goals, timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience crafting strategic campaigns, developing innovative and first to market ideas and overseeing all multi-platform design elements and teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as head of agency’s Creative Services department
- Own full creative campaign cycles from RFP to execution to post-mortem
- Develop creative strategies and ideas across all client projects, campaigns, and initiatives
- Accountable for render to reality design execution; working closely with the internal and external teams to ensure all concepts are feasible and executional within budget and timelines
- Generate and communicate ideas, updates, and deliverables across internal teams and clients
- Design and oversee client pitch and project decks; including maintaining agency deck templates
- Visualize brand experiences and guide creative execution across varied mediums
- Build creative teams, oversee creative workflows and drive forward all design deliverables across projects
- Manage and mentor creative department full time employees
- Oversee Creative Services resource planning, including cultivating and managing roster of freelance talent
- Develop and execute agency marketing materials across platforms (website, social, etc)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of creative and multi-platform design leadership experienceÂ
- Minimum of 4 years in an agency setting, managing junior designers and freelance creative roles
- Specified experience developing experiential and event marketing creative
- Strong technical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, 3D and CAD (or similar modeling) softwareÂ
- Deep knowledge and experience working with experiential designers, graphic designers, lighting designers, fabricators, set designers, and staging vendors
- Strong understanding of live event production and physical space, with knowledge of experiential design, scenic design, architecture, or similar
- Experience working on-site during fabrication and installation
- Strong attention to detail and an obsession with brand and cultural trends
- Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and tasks, completing work within tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners, colleagues, senior management and executives
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft, Apple and Google applicationsÂ
- Ability to travel domestically and internationallyÂ
- Hybrid in-office (min. 3 days) and remote work schedule, based out of our Santa Monica office; candidate must be based in Los Angeles Metro AreaÂ
- Ability to travel within Southern California for shop visits and on-site install, as needed
- Must be able to work at a computer in an office setting, and remain in a stationary position 50% – 100% of the timeÂ

Summary of Position:
As an Account Manager at Mirrored Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving client management and success. Your primary responsibility will be managing day-to-day communication with clients and internal counterparts to ensure the flawless execution of experiential campaigns while also tracking and growing project revenue. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences. Candidates should have exceptional interpersonal communication skills, prior client and project management experience in an agency setting, and a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and facilitate multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate should also possess excellent writing editing skills as they will be responsible for writing and overseeing client communications, creative pitch copy, media audits and reporting, strategic recommendations, briefing documents, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Account Management and Strategy:
- Serve as the primary, day-to-day client contact on multiple projects to ensure overall goals and KPIs are met.
- Respond to and facilitate client requests on a timely basis and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
- Utilize creativity and strategic thinking to become a trusted resource for existing clients, building strong relationships, and providing consulting support offering insights and recommendations to enhance their experiential efforts.
- Support management of scope of services agreements, including deliverables, budgets, and change orders for assigned clients.

Project Execution:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including creative, production, and logistics, to ensure alignment and successful execution of experiential marketing campaigns.
- Identify, implement, and manage detailed production timelines and operational plans to execute a project, meeting all client and internal expectations (creative intent, KPIs, metrics, etc.).
- Manage top-level communication with clients regarding contracting, budgets, payment schedules, scope changes, timelines, etc.
- Monitor project financials, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to meet financial goals.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

New Business Development:
- Assist in new business generation, including proposal (RFP) development, pitches, and outreach.

JOB TITLE: Executive Producer, Experiential
POSITION: Full-Time
Applicants for this role must have live event production experience and be willing/able to work from our office in Santa Monica, CA.
Summary of Position:
Mirrored Media’s Executive Producers own all aspects of production on our projects from the pitch phase through final wrap and reconciliation. Projects for this role focus on experiential marketing and live events and occasionally extend into other arenas of production; including brand partnerships, video production, and digital content. Executive Producers are responsible for managing overall production while teaming with Creative and Client Services Department counterparts to co-lead and execute projects across functional disciplines. Executive Producers also serve project teams in a dual-function capacity, serving as both Production and Client Services lead, responsible for independently managing smaller projects traditionally under $500K. Executive Producers will typically manage two to four projects at any given time with varying size project teams.
The ideal candidate for this position has sophisticated creative problem solving skills, and the ability to think through problems and their solutions several steps ahead. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with clients, client services and creative team members, and vendors. Sound judgment, common sense, flexibility, and the desire for consistent learning and growth are crucial traits of a successful Executive Producer in this role.

- Collaborate and provide leadership during concept development; vetting for feasibility and contributing solutions rooted in a strong industry awareness of trends, technologies and potential partners.
- Oversee all event operations from project kick-off through final reconciliation including site scouting, permits, workback timelines, production schedules, staff and crew planning, vendor management, and contingency planning.
- Plan and manage out realistic project timelines; factoring in internal and external deliverables, an understanding of turnaround times for custom builds and printing, projecting installation timing and client feedback periods.
- Serve as a senior technical leader for project teams; owning audio/visual/lighting/staging vendor resourcing, technical/union labor, complex technical runs of shows, scheduling performer/talent rehearsals, and on-site management of technical director and/or teams.
- Ability to understand a project’s strategic and creative direction, and source and secure the ideal resources (technical staff, fabrication and print teams, vendors, suppliers, partners, etc.) to execute in accordance with this vision.
- Create, estimate, manage, revise, speak to, and actualize budgets of up to $5MM.
- Own project margins and independently work with teams to maintain margins through the full project life cycle.
- Lead vendor outreach, logistics, and negotiations: initial research, triple-bid process, vendor onboarding, agreements, prep, and on-site operations.
- Assess vendor bids, negotiate agreements, identify and suggest potential budget and timeline efficiencies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project staff during creative development, pre-production and production phases.
- Track and organize projects in real time; managing and/or overseeing the completion of contact lists, supply lists, shipping manifest, staffing grids, etc. while collating assets, files, docs, and decks.
- Develop and facilitate guest communications, including pre-event invitation(s), RSVPs, onsite check-in and wayfinding.
- Resource, create, and communicate Brand Ambassador staff plans and training materials.
- Oversee all Production, Technical, Brand, and Event staff from pre-production through onsite.
- Provide leadership to Mirrored staff, contributing to ongoing training and development of department staff and processes.
- Manage and mentor junior full time staff including event managers, coordinators, and assistants.

- 7+ years of proven event production experience, with at least 5 years an agency setting
