We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Bet-David Consulting. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s presence across various social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, X and YouTube Community pages. You will play a vital role in transforming our business consulting content into engaging and shareable experiences across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating visually compelling content, compelling post titles, and entertaining social media posts that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and community size.
  • Craft engaging and click-worthy post titles to capture attention.
  • Develop and create visually appealing thumbnails for video content.
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Schedule and publish posts in alignment with our content calendar.
  • Bring a fresh and creative perspective to business consulting content.
  • Develop and implement strategies to make complex business concepts amusing and relatable.
  • Infuse humor into business consulting content to make it more accessible and enjoyable.
  • Create a unique and entertaining tone that reflects Bet-David Consulting’s brand personality.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand key business concepts and effectively communicate them in a creative manner.
  • Design and curate creative visuals for social media posts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage daily posting across multiple social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor and engage with users on all platforms, fostering a positive community and responding in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in making business content entertaining.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage positively with the community.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a passion for content marketing, project management, and a track record of successfully managing and delivering content initiatives. As a Content Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, flawless execution, and optimization of content marketing projects to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional creative teams, ensuring that creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and milestones within the marketing department.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar outlining key deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Effectively brief creative teams on project goals, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Translate project vision into clear and actionable tasks, ensuring the creative teams have a comprehensive understanding of expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of content projects.
  • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking progress against milestones.
  • Implement project management tools and methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Allocate project resources appropriately and ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals as well as marketing campaign metrics.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content across various channels, including videos, social media graphics, website content, blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, etc.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize content performance based on analytics and user feedback.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to creative teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with writers, designers, and other content creators to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to gather input and insights for content creation.
  • Follow up consistently to address queries, concerns, and ensure the smooth flow of project deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on creative assets to maintain consistency, brand compliance, and overall project excellence.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in the project pipeline, developing proactive strategies to mitigate these risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in content marketing with a focus on project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of content creation and social media best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and content management systems.
  • (e.g., Monday, Basecamp, Trello, Asana).

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Enablement with experience in HubSpot to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue generation processes, enhancing sales efficiency, and driving business growth through strategic sales enablement initiatives. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team, implementing best practices, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales enablement functions, including commissions management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement and Commissions:

  • Utilize your deep understanding of HubSpot CRM and other relevant software programs and systems to lead strategic sales enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain an interactive, evergreen Sales Playbook with a Rate Card to simplify processes, support external customers, and improve NPS, leveraging HubSpot capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption and engagement of HubSpot and other sales enablement tools and strategies.
  • Configure self-enforcement dashboards and scorecards within HubSpot to codify performance expectations for Inside Sales teams.
  • Manage and optimize variable compensation plans, including commissions, SPIFFs, and incentive plan administration.

Revenue Operations Management:

  • Assist in optimizing revenue operations by contributing to data hygiene and ensuring absolute transparency in customer data/metrics using HubSpot CRM.
  • Identify and implement critical improvements in various systems and processes, such as Guru, Google Classroom, and Paylocity’s Learning Management Systems.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate closely with sales management to enhance the sales lifecycle, identify and address inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and bottlenecks using HubSpot CRM.
  • Participate in the strategic planning process, contributing insights and recommendations to drive business success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, and revenue operations, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot CRM and a general understanding of commissions.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, LMS, SaaS, reporting & analytics tools, with a focus on HubSpot capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
