Knotty Knickers is a Canadian-based online women’s underwear and lingerie brand that delivers cute and affordable Knickers throughout North America and the UK!

 

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a social-savvy, experienced marketer with a passion for all things influencer marketing and creator culture! The Candidate should be a hyper creative, strategic thinker with a strong sense of influencer marketing.

 

We are looking for someone who can create foundations in Influencer Marketing and grow it to new heights.

 

You are a go-getter who thrives in a collaborative and high-growth environment and is excited to partner with a talented team of marketers, brands and creators! 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ideate, create and execute new influencer marketing strategies to constantly grow awareness across all social platforms
  • Drive brand awareness and acquire new customers for Knotty through influencer and brand partner marketing programs
  • Create the overall roadmap, strategy, and plan for influencer and partner marketing channels
  • Develop strategic KPIs, benchmarks and clear measurements of program success 
  • Lead all aspects of Knotty’s influencer program: Research and define the list of creators we want to work with, create creative briefs, and execute strategic plans
  • Structure and negotiate partnerships with influencers a that create a win-win outcome, manage organic and paid influencer collaborations across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and more
  • Lead and continue to grow the Influencer & Partner Marketing team by providing feedback on briefs, providing contracts, and ongoing mentorship
  • Maintain all communication with all influencers & third party agencies

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and the content creator space
  • Expert in social media culture, rising trends, and emerging influencer talent
  • Strong understanding of how to measure success from influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Exceptional written/verbal communicator and strong networker 
  • Work experience with influencers on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
  • Must be motivated by the goals of social growth and virality
  • Similar work experience with an e-commerce brand is an asset
