ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations you are a critical member of the marketing team helping to define, oversee and drive the operational and execution efforts across the UNINTERRUPTED and SpringHill brand and marketing teams. As the right-hand to the VP, of Marketing Operations, you have a keen grasp of every project moving through the marketing org because you’ve played a part from the development of the brief to the formation of joint task force teams, and through to each project’s delivery in the world. You know every department, player, and their strengths which enables you to create seamless and highly collaborative workflows and support ideas that scale. You are a highly strategic and analytical thinker with a passion for leading operational excellence, redefining the face of project management, and elevating brand impact to positively influence the 360-degree operations of the org.

REPORTS TO:

VP, Marketing Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with the VP, of Marketing Operations to drive integrated processes and the continual optimization of workflows across the UNINTERRUPTED brand, SpringHill brand, and larger marketing teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Ops Coordinator to achieve operational excellence and flex their strategic muscle across agreed-upon projects and priorities
  • Expertly navigate and implement systems and tools to manage department and project productivity to ensure the best possible outputs are achieved
  • Consistently identify solutions to further develop team best practices, enhance ways of working and grow the team to meet the needs of the business.

Project Management

  • Support the development of GTM strategies, alongside the UNINTERRUPTED and SpringHill brand marketing teams, which includes managing the brief intake/initiation process, identifying cross-functional teams, supporting project kick-offs, developing timelines, managing meeting cadences and review processes and budget tracking
  • Partner with cross-departmental leads (i.e., Creative Operations/PMs and Production) to align resources to execute marketing priorities and to proactively mitigate project roadblocks
  • Leverage your expertise to influence strategic and creative solutions aimed at streamlining project execution and development, including third-party engagements, where applicable

Brand Impact & Results

  • Work alongside the Brand and Marketing teams to develop growth roadmaps by establishing KPIs and success metrics against every brief and opportunity leveraging your deep understanding of the business and cross-functional team goals and objectives to guide the process.
  • Support the VP, Strategy, and Digital Operations teams to continually monitor and audit campaign performance, identify solutions and make recommendations that enable greater project ROI tracking
  • Champion project and company wins by working with internal partners to deliver thorough project analyses and ongoing reporting (via retrospectives, recaps, and sell sheets) to support program effectiveness and optimizations

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 -10 years of relevant marketing and/or brand operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Resourceful, independent, self-starter
  • Successful track record of developing, managing, and executing multiple projects on time, within budget, and within the scope
  • Proven experience in developing and tracking KPIs and providing measurable results
  • A high integrity level and a passion for gold-standard work
  • Extremely goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize
  • Flexibility and the ability to perform effectively under stress and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written & verbal), and presentation skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (i.e. Monday.com), Google/Microsoft suite of products, and Keynote

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you passionate about the intimacy of audio and telling stories that empower, entertain and

inspire underserved audiences? The SpringHill Company is seeking an Associate Podcast Producer to join our Audio department. The primary role of this position is to support the lead producers on all aspects of show production – from coordinating production logistics with the talent to QA’ing and publishing the final episodes. Audio editing experience is a plus! The ideal candidate listens to podcasts, has a keen understanding of how they are made, and has a passion for sports, entertainment, and pop culture.

REPORTS TO: (Head of Audio Development)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with all production leads to manage editorial show calendars
  • Coordinate pre-interviews with talent and callers (if applicable)
  • Ensure that all talent has the necessary info for any remote recordings
  • Managing our UNINTERRUPTED and TSHC Apple Podcasts Channel
  • Collaborate and coordinate with lead producers + marketing to launch original shows
  • QA final episodes before they are published
  • Work with lead producers to write show and episode descriptions
  • Publish completed episodes using podcast distribution CMS
  • Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team and lead producers to write compelling ad copy for clients
  • Create a publishing schedule and ensure that episodes are loaded to podcast platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in podcasting or radio
  • Willing to work outside of standard work hours when necessary
  • Demonstrated understanding of UNINTERRUPTED content and voice
  • Familiar with video production workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a lively teamwork environment

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Fashion Product Coordinator, Commerce with a passion for product management to join our team. The individual in this role will support the process of creating world-class product collections and product experiences for The SpringHill Company. To succeed in this role, you will be an expert at coordinating across the entire product development cycle for apparel and consumer goods. You are great at project management and connecting the dots across various stages of product launch while cross-functionally working with creative, digital, marketing, operations, and product teams.

You have strong knowledge of what it takes to bring a product from idea to market, and all checkpoints in between. You embrace storytelling techniques as an integral piece to product and brand development. You are thoughtful, and love collaborating both internally and externally to ensure the highest quality, forward focused, trend-right product lines across all channels of distribution that ultimately grows the business.

REPORTS TO:

Director of Product Development

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support product coordination efforts across multiple collections and campaigns from inception to launch.
  • Work closely with product development, operations, and commerce teams from product ideation through commercialization of branded products.
  • Work alongside operations and development across product manufacturing and vendor management.
  • Coordinate project timelines, adjustments, and updates with apparel design and commerce teams.
  • Support sample coordination, pick up/delivery to ensure all merchandise received on time and against accurate builds/specs.
  • Participate in product fit sessions, supporting development tasks and deliverables.
  • Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly cross-functional team commerce and product meetings.
  • Support sample and product coordination for apparel photoshoots for both brand and collaboration partners for internal and external campaign usage.
  • Support image auditing proof sessions from shoots through post production and final selects.
  • Ensure accuracy of product shot lists across multiple campaigns, partnering with creative teams and external partners.
  • Consistently audit of the commerce website properties to ensure accuracy of merchandising.
  • Support product marketing and commerce teams with weekly/monthly best seller recaps and insights to help drive deeper analytics and efficiencies across product business goals and initiatives.
  • Support linesheet audits, builds, drops, and reviews along with updates across teams.
  • Auditing style numbers, pricing, size scales, color codes, for correctness across all collections and projects.
  • Coordination of product imagery and asset management from shoot to live on website.
  • Style Number and SKU generation support for products.
  • UPC generation support for products.
  • Manage and support Merch Pack sku, content, copy, features, product imagery for all launches.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, Marketing, and Communication teams to ensure accurate product representation.
  • Conduct market research for competitor, best practices, consumer, price studies, and trend research.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, development, brand marketing, digital, and commerce teams to support product story.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (e.g. Apparel design, product development).
  • 3+ years of experience supporting product development or operations.
  • A strong eye for detail and refinement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with team-based personality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time.
  • Show self-motivation, maturity, drive and the desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to take direction and be proactive in assisting team members.
  • Show effective project time management.
  • *Must be able to move boxes and carry product between buildings along with varied physical activity.
  • Strong knowledge in softlines a plus (raw materials, textiles, print, pattern, graphic composition, manufacturing)
  • Great aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting product development.
  • Knowledge of Collaboration software like Asana, Wrike, Jira, Basecamp, and Monday is a plus.
  • Passion for entertainment, art, sports, fashion, lifestyle, music.
