‘Miracles from Heaven’ starring Jennifer Garner Casting Call for Featured Roles in Atlanta, Georgia.
‘Miracles from Heaven’ is based on a true story about Christy Beam’s daughter who miraculously overcame a rare disorder that forced her to eat with tubes and carry colostomy bags instead of using regular bathrooms. After Beam’s daughter fell three stories, the book reveals the young girl visited heaven and was later cured of her rare condition.’ T.D. Jakes and Joe Roth, who produced Heaven Is for Real, are producing along with DeVon Franklin, the preacher and former Sony exec who is now a producer based on the studio’s Culver City lot.

This ‘Cosby Show’ episode with ‘Secret Sauce’ is the creepiest thing you will ever see on TV.
Needless to say, Bill Cosby had the worst year ever, with recent evidence only piling on to the embarassment. Just this week, it was revealed that Cosby himself admitted in a 2005 deposition that he gave a 19-year-old woman Quaaludes and had sex with her in 1976. Although Bill Cosby insists the sex was consensual, it was still a bombshell. In fact, one of Cosby’s diehard supporters questioned their loyalty to the comedian.
When things couldn’t get any worse for Cosby, it just did. Some Reddit users found what might be the most uncomfortable episode of The Cosby Show during its eight-season run. The Season Seven episode, titled “Last Barbecue,” involves Cliff’s special barbecue sauce… which, when ingested, makes the women on the show suddenly passive and, well, fairly amorous. As Maggie Serota over at Death and Taxes writes:
When the women all of the sudden become lovey-dovey, notice how Dr. Huxtable’s daughter Sondra is barely conscious as she lovingly lounges into her husband Elvin’s arms.
Writing credits for the episode go to Bernie Kukoff and Janet Leahy, but we’d be remiss if we didn’t assume that Bill Cosby popped into the writers room with this idea?
“It’s my barbecue sauce,” Huxtable explained to his wife Claire, played by staunch Cosby defender Phylicia Rashad. “Haven’t you ever noticed after people have some of my barbecue sauce, after a while, when it kicks in, they get all huggy-buggy? … Haven’t you ever noticed that after one of my barbecues—and they have the sauce—people want to get right home?”
Huxtable then implies that he’s got a cup of barbecue sauce ready to go in their bedroom. Jesus.
“The Last Barbecue” is one Cosby episode that I bet Bill Cosby wish he never worked on.

This isn’t, of course, the first time that Cosby’s comedy touched on this particular area. His 1969 comedy album It’s True! It’s True! features a joke in which Cosby tells of his childhood obsession with Spanish Fly, joking about slipping drugs into women’s drinks.

Verne Troyer, Mini Me of ‘Austin Powers,’ suffers a scary fall at Miami nightclub.
Verne Troyer nearly died this week. This weekend the actor, who is best known for playing Mini Me in the “Austin Powers” movies, fell pretty hard at LIV nightclub in Miami on Saturday night.
According to TMZ, the fall happened as Troyer danced on a DJ booth. Video from inside the club showed him plummeting off the booth and hitting his head on a speaker.
Verne Troyer ended up being okay and continued partying.
This is not the first time Tryoer has nearly died. In March, he suffered a seizure at a fan meet-and-greet during the Heart of Texas Comic Con in Waco, Texas.
Verne Troyer’s representative said at the time that he was taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure and underwent several tests before being released.
Shortly after the Comic Con incident, Troyer posted a video on Twitter saying he was doing fine.
The Cop who killed Eric Garner, Daniel Pantaleo, wants his job and gun back.
Daniel Pantaleo, the NYPD officer who put Eric Garner in a fatal chokehold a year ago this week, who has been stripped of his gun and is currently working a desk job, wants to be a cop again, according a report by the New York Daily News.
Pantaleo has reported received so many death threats that he even has he is protected a police detail.
In December, a Staten Island jury declined to indict Pantaleo, who settled two earlier civil rights lawsuits. Currently, the United States Justice Department is investigating the police office.
“They have to prove my client had a specific intent to deprive Eric Garner of a federally protected constitutional right,” Stuart London, his lawyer, told the Daily News. “Based on all the pertinent information I have, they don’t reach that threshold in this case.”
“The unbelievable part is this has not soured him one bit on doing law enforcement,” London said. “It hasn’t diminished his desire to help the citizens of this city.”
“Meanwhile, the Daily News points out that arrests in Staten Island’s 120th Precinct, where Pantaleo choked Garner, are down 26 percent following Eric Garner’s death. In addition, misdemeanor arrests are down 31 percent.

Bill Cosby’s wife, Camille Cosby says women all consented to taking drugs and having sex.
The New York Post reports that, during a meeting on Tuesday night, Bill Cosby’s wife Camille told a group of close advisors that she believes her husband’s accusers consented to both drugs and sex. Camille Cosby’s words come following the Associated Press report of a 2005 deposition in which Bill Cosby admitted to buy Quaaludes, “with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with.”
“Camille still doesn’t believe that Bill provided drugs and had sex with women without their consent,” said a source employed by the Cosby family. “She’s well aware of his cheating, but she doesn’t believe that her husband is a rapist.”
Mrs. Cosby is “a proud, dignified but stubborn woman. You can say that she’s standing by her husband, but really, the more people stand against him, the more she perceives it as an affront to her and all that she’s done to make him a star,” said another source who’s done business with the Cosbys and remains close to them.
“They are making him out to be such a bad guy, a monster, ” Camille asserted during the meeting.
According to Jezebel, Camille has strategized with lawyers and PR professionals to fix Bill Cosby’s reputation. However, that seems an unlikely scenary given the number of accusers and evidence illustrating Bill Cosby as a serial rapist.
Nearly 50 women have now come forward with similar accounts of drugging followed by being sexually assault.
John Stamos checks into rehab facility for substance abuse treatment.
According to reports, John Stamos entered a rehab facility for substance abuse. The actor checked himself into a residential program following his DUI arrest in Beverly Hills on June 12.
After Stamos was pulled over by police and evaluated, he was transported to the hospital by the fire department and later released and issued a citation. Stamos told fans via Twitter on June 13 that he was “home and well,” which he followed up later with, “Thanks to everyone for their love & support. I’m home & well. Very appreciative of the BHPD & Cedars for their care.”
Stamos is set to appear Sept. 11, 2015 at the LAX Courthouse for his citation.

Thousands of people showed up hoping to be among the 2,400 extras who will be hired for the popular series ‘Game of Thrones’. The two-day casting call, was posted by ModExpoR agency, which laid out precise selection criteria to join the cast of the ‘Game of Thrones’.

Man brings gun to ‘Captain America: Civil War’ open casting call in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
A Fort Bragg soldier told police that he never meant to cause any harm or any panic after he walked into a mall for a ‘Captain America’ open casting call.
According WNCN, Bryan Wolfinger, 25, was arrested on July 3rd after police received several 911 calls of an armed gunman walking around in the mall. Apparently, Wolfinger thought it was a good idea to bring an AR-15 rifle, bullet proof vest and multiple high capacity magazines.
He argued that the studio told him he could bring any props he wanted and the gun he brought was never loaded.

“Given that it’s a casting call for a battlefield setting, I decided to use things to look the part,” said Wolfinger in the statement. “I had an AR-15 without the firing pin and personal gear.”
Wolfinger said after the Captain America: Civil War photo shoot, he was stopped by police officers who arrested them.
Wolfinger revealed that he was pursuing a career in modeling and acting.
“After the photo shoot, [the photographer] said that she didn’t know how to feel about guns before, but this photo shoot has definitely made her more comfortable, said Wolfinger. “We continued to smile and joke. ”
During the incident, Macy’s was evacuated and other stores were put on lockdown. Wolfinger was charged with going armed to the terror of the public, a misdemeanor charge. He was released back to his Fort Bragg unit after his arrest.

Broadway’s ‘Spring Awakening’ is looking for new talent to audition for a role on the critically acclaimed Broadway production.
The Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening its getting its first Broadway revival, courtesy of Deaf West Theatre, according to the USA Today.
The new production of the coming-of-age musical, which features a rock-based score by Duncan Sheik, previously had an acclaimed run in Los Angeles. It again will be performed simultaneously in American Sign Language and spoken (and sung) English. Deaf West applied this formula in presenting another musical, Big River, on Broadway in 2003.
The original Broadway production of Awakening opened in 2006, starring a youngJonathan Groff — who is set to return in Hamilton, beginning previews next month — and Lea Michele (pictured above with Groff).

Giuliana Rancic announced yesterday that she would be leaving her glamorous job to spend more time making wine. However, Page Six reports the real reason Rancic’s on her way out.
Menounos joined E! last year and has been hosting a weekly show called Untold with Maria Menounos on the network which did not make Giuliana happy.

It’s the battle of the bitches. They’re like oil and water. They cannot stand each other. They’ve always been rivals. Maria sees Giuliana as competition and it goes back years. They never speak and they won’t appear on-set together. It’s kind of unspoken that if she is in the building, Giuliana wants nothing to do with her.
Now, according to this “insider,” Menounos is going to take over Rancic’s job: “Giuliana knows it’s a sinking ship and she’s had an awful year. It’s half her decision to leave and half getting pushed out.”
The New York Daily News also reports that Menounos will be the new E! News anchor. Reports suggested that Rancic was to “pass the baton” to Menounos on air. However, Rancic wasn’t too happy with the whole ordeal.

Christopher Kellie was discovered by a top modeling agency after going to McDonald’s looking for a part-time job.
Christophe Kellie, from Mount Vernon Glasgow, was studying to become a personal trainer when a trip to McDonald’s changed his life forever.
Christopher went to McDonald’s with his mother was scouted by the Colours Agency after the company’s founder spotted him in the restaurant when she was dining with her family. The model is now the face of several major brands, companies and his face is posted all over Scotland.
Speaking to the Daily Record about how he was scouted after handing in his CV to McDonald’s, he said: ‘I had just got back in her car when this crazy woman threw herself in front of it and started shouting at her to stop. I rolled down the window and she asked if I would like to be a model.
‘I thought she was joking until she handed me her card. At the time, I didn’t think about what a big deal it was – I was a typical teenager.’
It ended up being a big deal. Alison Bruce, co-owner of Colours Agency, helped Christopher become one of Scotland’s most sought-after models.
“I was in McDonald’s with my husband and two kids and I spotted this fresh-faced, gorgeous boy walking up to the counter.
‘I knew immediately that he had something very special. I had to follow him into the car park and literally throw myself in front of his poor mother’s car! They both thought I was a crazy woman.
‘It just happens like that sometimes. You just see a face and know they have incredible potential.’
She says people are going ‘crazy’ for him because he has a brilliant personality, as well as model good looks.
‘Everyone that books him absolutely adores him. The sky’s the limit for this boy. He just needs to continue working hard and looking after himself, and he’ll be sure to be a huge international success,’ she added.
Christopher added: ‘Fate took me to McDonald’s that day and I haven’t looked back. It’s a good job because I never heard back from McDonald’s.’
Kid Rock tells Confederate Flag protestors to kiss his ass.
Kid rock recently spoke with Fox News and had this to say about the Confederate Flag protestors. “Please tell the people who are protesting to kiss my ass,” the rock star said in a statement to Fox News.
Kid Rock’s reaction comes after Al Sharpton’s National Action Network met at the Detroit Historical Museum to protest Kid Rock’s decision to display the flag on stage during his concers.
