‘The Legacy of The Whitetail Deer Hunter’ casting call for models in Asheville, North Carolina.

Tona B. Dahlquist Casting is now casting actors, models, and talent to appear in a photo shoot for the upcoming feature film The Legacy of the White Tail Deer Hunter. Producers to work on a photo shoot on October 27th. Casting directors are looking for a ton of models that are comfortable with nudity. Models that are selected will be compensated $500.

Josh Brolin and Danny McBride are set to star in The Legacy Of A Whitetail Deer Hunter, a movie project from Scott Rudin Productions and Rough House. While the plot  is under wraps and details are few on the deal, but Jody Hill is directing a script he co-wrote with McBride and John Carcieri. Shooting is set for the fall.

SCANDAL: Drunk Woman Calls 911, Says She’s Olivia Pope

Drunk woman calls 911 thinking she is Olivia Pope from ABC’s Scandal.

An Iowa college student and Scandal fan called 911 in the early hours of Friday morning to tell the police that she was Olivia Pope, that she saw Cyrus Beene, a character on Scandal, outside a bar and there is a bomb headed towards the White House.

Sounds like an episode on Scandal.

In a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun, reveals that Defendant called 911 claiming to be ‘Olivia Pope’ and reporting ‘cyrus beams outside of Sports Column.’”

The officer reported that she “kept talking about ‘Olivia Pope’ and about a car with a bomb in it that was heading to the White House,” and “everything that defendant stated was nonsensical and rambling.”

The obviously drunk gladiator was later arrested for public intoxication and faces a second misdemeanor charge for misuse of the 911 system.

It seems pretty obvious that the real Olivia Pop would have used that incident as a distraction from her current affair with the President.

According to TV By The Numbers, ABC’s Scandal is still the most watched TV show on a Thursday 9 p.m. evening with over 8.06 million viewers every night.

“Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes is the creative genius behind the ABC drama. Scandal centers around Olivia Pope, a former media consultant to the president, is ready to move on with her life and opens her own crisis-management firm, but she can’t seem to shake ties with her past.

‘The Walking Dead’ Creator Reveals Which Character He Will Never Kill Off

Robert Kirkman has revealed in the past that every actor on set of The Walking Dead is not safe from getting killed off at any moment. That even includes his leading actor, Andrew Lincoln, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), and everyone’s favorite Michonne.

However, that news may not actually be true. As Robert Kirkman revealed at New York City’s Comic-Con, there is actually one acharacter that he will not kill off. It is not Rick Grimes or Daryl Dixon. In fact, it’s a character that he wanted to kill off in the past but, the actress begged not to be killed off in a discussion with the producers of the show. I’m talking about Carol.

Several years ago, Carol was on the chopping block to get killed off. Melissa McBride who plays Carol was originally supposed to die in the season three episode, The Killer Within, along with Lori. In that episode, T. Dog was actually supposed to live. However, Melissa McBride begged for her character to stay on the series, and the writers switched it at the last minute saving Carol and killing T-Dog’s career on The Walking Dead.

“I regret all of [the deaths] and none of them at the same time,” Robert Kirkman told the audience at Comic Con, before adding — according to Vulture — that there’s one character he can’t kill off.

“The Carol that’s in the comic was my attempt to show just how broken an individual can become from the zombie apocalypse. The Carol in the show, which is a much better character let’s be honest, actually is made stronger by all the more horrible things that happen to her in the show. Killing her would definitely not … we can’t do that.”

This is the first time Robert Kirman revealed that he could not kill off a character and shows important Carol has become to The Walking Dead. It is not a huge surprise however that she is the one who seems to be surprise.

Then again, who knows if Robert Kirkman is actually telling the truth. In fact, he supposedly spoiled an upcoming major character death on a comedy show last year.

Robert Kirkman appeared on Comedy Central’s @midnight along with Lauren Cohan and Josh McDermitt. During a segment on the show, Chris Hardwick offered them an opportunity to reveal upcoming spoilers.

It was meant to be a joke…

Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie, spoiled that Carl has been wearing a wire the entire time. But, Robert Kirkman said that Maggie and Eugene would be killed in this week’s episode, and Josh McDermitt said something about Beth coming back as a dog who can solve crime.

But then Robert Kirkman gets serious and drops this major spoiler: “Eventually a character named Negan is introduced. He’s going to bash in Glenn’s brains with a baseball bat called Lucille.” If you read the comics, this is exactly how Glenn is supposed to die…

At the end of the day Robert Kirkman reveals that when it comes to killing off a character on The Walking Dead he has no regrets. “If I didn’t have any regrets, if I didn’t still wish that those characters were around, then I feel like I wouldn’t have done my job.”

Principal removed from her position after appearing in a rap music video.

The assistant principal of a New York school is in hot water after it was discovered she played a small role in a rap music video featuring several models and dancers at a house party.

Who is Esther Adler-O’Keefe?

Esther Adler-O’Keefe, assistant principal at Southhampton High School on Long Island, was reassigned to a new position within the Southampton School District after she was spotted in Best Friend, a video by rapper J.R. and R&B singer Trey Songz, posted on YouTube last month, according to the Associated Press.

The rap music video featured models and inappropriate behavior

The music video, which now has over 1.5 million viewers, shows Adler-O’Keefe playing a wife who is going on vacation. Once her character and the husband are gone, a reckless party ensues featuring bikini models and dancers.

The song also features the lyrics: “Both these girls are freaks, but they nastier together. If you want I’ll take you both, it’s a different kinda level. Real pimping ’bout to put them on a schedule.”

Long Island School District was not happy with the music video

Apparently, the Long Island school district was not too happen. “It has recently come to our attention that a member of our administrative staff appeared in a music video. The video in question showcases behaviors and language use that is not promoted by the Southampton School District,” Supt. Scott Farina wrote in an email to parents, according to Newsday. “In fact, we actively teach our students the importance of good character and making smart choices. Additionally, this is not representative of who we are as a district nor of our students and staff.”

‘Dance Moms’ Reality Star Indicted with Fraud Charges

Dance Moms reality star was indicted over bankruptcy fraud charges.

Dance Moms TV reality star Abby Lee Miller was charged Tuesday with bankruptcy fraud in concealing income from the TV show, according to the Pittsburgh Post Gazettte.

Judge Thomas Agresti was about to approve her bankruptcy reorganization plan two years ago when he chanced upon her performances on national TV and realized she had lucrative contracts she wasn’t telling anyone about.

He was clicking through the channels one night and saw Ms. Miller’s “Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition,” ads for “The Maniac is Back” and her appearance on “American Idol.”

“I realized that there’s an awful lot of money coming into this plan, this case,” the judge said during a 2013 hearing, “and it hasn’t been disclosed.”

According to the indictment, she reorganized the business, she schemed to defraud the bankruptcy court by hiding her income from the Dance Moms show and related spinoffs, as well as dance instruction sessions and merchandise sales from her website.

‘Empire’ Season 2 Ratings Drop 30%

Ratings for Season 2 of Empire continue to drop.

Ratings for Empire continue to fall for Cookie and the gang. According to national estimates from Nielsen, ratings for Empire have dropped for the third consecutive week with an 8% percent drop.

According to preliminary national estimates from Nielsen, “Empire” averaged a 4.6 rating/14 share in adults 18-49 and 12.2 million viewers overall, down 8% (0.5) from last week for the show’s third straight week of declines since its Sept. 23 premiere. The 4.6 was still about as big as the night’s next two top shows combined (“Modern Family” and “Survivor”) and was 0.3 higher than “Empire’s” fourth episode from its rookie season last winter. [Variety]

That means ratings have dropped over 30% since the show first aired their second season premiere. In fact, ratings for Fox’s Empire dropped 18 percent in their second episode. However, it is important to point out that despite the drop in ratings Empire was the week’s most watched show and gained in numbers in the key demographic.

‘Die Hard’ Prequel Movie is Coming Soon

A brand new Die Hard 6 is currently in development.

The franchise, centering on the crime fighting NYPD cop John McClane, is getting ready for it’s sixth feature film at Fox with the director of Live Free or Die Hard director Len Wiseman and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura to develop the project, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The movie is still looking for a screenwriter, but the movie will be a prequel to the original action series. The new Die Hard prequel will take place in 1979 and will show how McClane became the tough cop that audiences have learned to love.

It is expected for Bruce Willis to reprise his role of McClane with a different actor coming in to play the younger version of the character.

The first Die Hard franchise has grossed over $1.4 billion at the worldwide box office. However, the last Die Hard movie struggled in the box office $67.3 million domestically and a worldwide total of $307.4 million.

CW Network Cancels ‘America’s Next Top Model’

America’s Next Top Model is leaving television for good this December.

The CW network reality competition series will air their final episode in December with the current season’s finale.

Tyra Banks, the host and executive producer just launched a new daytime talk show FabLife.  America’s Next Top Model first aired over 10 years ago on the now cancelled UPN channel and was the first series to appear on CW in 2006. The America’s Next Top Model finale will air on December 4th on The CW network. But, this may not be the last time we see AMNT. CW Network is planning a reunion series that would air in late 2016.

Vin Diesel: Fast & Furious 8 Takes Place in New York City

Vin Diesel reveals that the next Fast & Furious franchise movie will take place in New York City

In case you are wondering, the last seven Fast & Furious movies were set in Los Angeles, Miami, Tokyo, Panama, Brazil, London, and Los Angeles again, so apparently the next stop for the Fast & Furious franchise is New York City.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show, series star Vin Diesel revealed that the next movie, which is going to be directed by the director of Straight Outta Compton F. Gary Gray, will take place in New York City.

Apparently, producers are trying to take the Fast & Furious franchise back to its roots. The first Fast & Furious was based on a 1998 Vibe Magazine article about Manhattan street racers. So it seems like the most logical step would be to take the Fast & Furious franchise back to New York City.

Less people are tuning into Rick and the gang this season. According to reports, the season 6 debut of The Walking Dead brought in 14.6 million viewers on Sunday with 9.4 million viewers in the key demographic, according to Nielsen.

While those are still amazing numbers for any show on broadcast or cable nowadays, that’s down 16% and 15% in viewers and the demographic.

That is a drop from the record-breaking Season 5 premiere of the AMC series last year. It is also down from the Season 4 debut in 2013, which had an 8.2 demo rating and 16.1 million total viewers. And according to Variety, things don’t look so good for The Walking Dead, as the zombie thriller will face off against major Sunday Night football games.

Also worth noting as close as this latest TWD victory is, the AMC show did beat SNF five of the eight times they went head to head last season. And, looking at the Sunday time slot fast nationals, one can certainly see where TWD soundly tackled what was by any estimation a very competitive game on SNF. At 8:30 PM, SNF is showing a 6.5 rating in its early minutes, but come 9 PM, and with TWD hitting the air, that result falls fast to a 6.0. By 9:30 PM, SNF is down to a 5.6 and goes further in decline to a 5.3 in the 10 PM half-hour. No surprise SNF sees a small rise to 5.4 once TWD is over at 10:30 PM.

However, Sunday’s debut is the highest rated series of the 2015-2016 TV season so far and it is the third best season opener for The Walking Dead. And DVR numbers have not been taken into affect and last year’s Live+3 numbers increased ratings by 32%.

‘Project Greenlight’: Matt Damon is Still Upset Over That “Diversity” Conversation

Matt Damon is upset with Effie Brown over that diversity conversation on HBO’s Project Greenlight. 

In an interview with Indiewire, Effie Brown discussess the hostility she faced all season while dealing with white male coworkers who seemed fine working with strong, vocal producers as long as they were not Effie Brown (or, maybe people who look like Effie Brown.)

Brown recognizes that she can be very straightforward, but reminds us that she is as qualified as anyone else at the table. She was hired to keep the film on budget, on time, and if you watched another episode on Project Greenlight she does a pretty damn good job.

“Was I fabulous, always in the right? Heck no. I did a good job. I’m not a man. That’s the thing. I’ve never been anything other than a black woman. I learned what I learned: to reach your goal, you can take several paths. I’m used to taking the direct straight path. If I felt I was not looked at through the male gaze as a female, you bet it would be different. I have to think, the people I’m working with, they don’t think they are misogynistic.”

Effie Brown also suggested that the now infamous exchange between herself and Matt Damon, whereby a rich white man tried to explain how diversity works to a black woman, was actually more intense than it appeared on TV.

“They had already met and hung out and picked the first 13 contenders. I was the last person coming in. They know each other. That was not the full conversation, to be real. That was a more polite version of that exchange.”

Effie Brown was trying to do her job well and help Matt Damon and the other filmmakers understand diversity issues that they may not be aware of. But now, Brown says, “Word on the street is I’m not his favorite person.”

She describes her relationship with the director Marc Joubert by saying it’s in “tatters” and notes that he apparently doesn’t handle issues very well.

Effie Brown pointed out that she insisted on seeing the first cut of the episode and had to fight with Project Greenlight producers to portray her fairly.

But, what is the most surprising part is that Brown revealed that Ben Affleck was the most understanding and liberal person, a role that many people assumed belonged to Matt Damon.

“They all saw all these cuts and approved them. Ben Affleck was the cat who had my back. Ben is down. All right, good! That was surprising to me, I thought it would be Matt, who has this liberal reputation. Honestly, I’m grown enough to say, ‘I’m not for everybody, not everybody likes me, and he may be one of those who just can’t stand you.’”

Effie Brown doesn’t seem to care that all those white guys were not her biggest fans. She was just interested in doing her job, making a good movie and actually showing a black person making a movie: “We accomplished that.”

4 Star Casting, the extras casting director behind Fox’s Empire season 2, is now looking for actors, models, and talent to play prison guards on an upcoming scene filming on Monday, October 19th and Tuesday, October 20th in Chicago, Illinois. Producers are looking for men and women between the ages of 25 to 55 that are tough looking or have police/military experience.

‘Empire’ centers around a hip hop music and entertainment company, Empire Entertainment, and the drama among the members of the founders’ family as they fight for control of the company. The hour-long family drama was created by Lee Daniels and Danny Strong, and stars Terrence Howardand Taraji P. Henson.

CBS ‘Limitless’ Casting Call for Costa Rican Models in NYC

CBS ‘Limitless’ is now casting models to work on an upcoming scene filming in New York City.

Casting directors are looking for Costa Rican models to work on an episode filming on Thursday, October 15th. According to the casting call, casting directors are looking for models that are “comfortable being in bathing suits, as well as swimming in nude pastys.” Models that are selected will be compensated $400/8 to work on the scene.

Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, along with Bradley Cooper and Todd Phillips are developing a TV version ofBradley Cooper’s 2011 hit movie, “Limitless” and will air onCBS. The TV series is expected to pick up where the movie left off, following Brian Sinclair as he discovers the power of the drug NZT, and is coerced into using its enhanced abilities for good.
