Are you an aspiring filmmaker? Are you in the market for a movie studio? If so, I have great news, Tyler Perry Studios is currently for sale.
According to reports, Tyler Perry is putting his Atlanta studio on the market for $25 million. “An NAI Brannen Goddard team will represent Perry in negotiations. A deal could close by the end of the year.”
Tyler Perry wrote and produced several many stage plays during the 1990s and early 2000s. In 2011, Forbes named him the highest paid man in entertainment. In fact, he earned $130 million between between May 2010 and 2011. During that point in time he reinvested his earnings into Tyler Perry Studios, building his own production lot and using it to film several feature films, TV shows, and commercials.
Tyler Perry Studio’s was established in 2006 and moved into its current facilities in the fall of 2008. This 200,000 square foot Studio, located in Southwest Atlanta, consists of 5 sound stages, a post-production facility, a back lot, a 400-seat theater, a private screening room, and designated areas for entertaining and hosting events.
Despite selling this major studio, Tyler Perry is still building a major movie studio, which will be even larger than his first movie stuidio. The new studio will replace Fort McPherson Army Base in Atlanta, which closed in 2011 after having been in use since it opened in 1885.
Fort McPherson is about five miles away from Perry’s current studio in southwest Atlanta. Perry paid $26 million for the 488-acre property, which was closed in 2011.

After several mass shootings, USA Network has decided not to release the new Shooterseries.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, USA Network’s Shooter was previously delayed a week following the attack in downtown Dallas, Texas, where an armed sniper gunned down several police officers, leaving five of them dead. Now a week later, USA Network has decided to put the show on hold until the fall.
Shooter features Ryan Phillippe and Omar Epps. The new show is based on the 2007 Mark Wahlberg film of the same name. Similar to the movie, the new TV show centers on a U.S. veteran and American hero who is wrongly accused of a crime and is trying to clear his name and return to his family. It was originally scheduled to premiere at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19.

These are ladies you enjoy lunching with friends or business men who are on a business lunch with clients at a posh hotel. You MUST submit photos of you in upscale/posh/business attire. 3) HOTEL SECURITY: Male, Any Ethnicity, Age Range: 21-65. We are looking for fit men or men that can pull off this role. You MUST submit your clothing measurements (Suit Jacket Size, Neck/Sleeve, Pants Width/Length, and Shoe Size).

8) PARISHIONERS THAT WORKED PILOT: Did you work in the Pilot as a Parishioner and are you still interested in working on the show? We will need CURRENT photos of you with your current look.
9) REAL LACROSSE COLLEGE TEAM: Female, Any Ethnicity, Age Range: 17-26. We are looking to cast a Lacrosse Team or individual players to work on the show. We are looking for REAL Lacrosse players that would be comfortable playing in an upcoming scene. We are looking for a full team of girls to submit together or you can submit individually.
