Warner Bros. Employee Allegedly Calls ‘Wonder Woman’ Movie a “MESS”

Anonymous Warner Bros. employee bashes upcoming ‘Wonder Woman’ movie.

In an anonymous letter to Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara published Friday on Pajiba, the writer explains how the studio made several mistakes leading to 2014 layoffs. The writer also had some harsh words for the Justice League director Zack Snyder, bashing him for the underwhelming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice feature film and arguing that Snyder’s poor work is costing people their jobs.

“What are you even doing? I wish to God you were forced to live out of a car until you made a #1 movie of the year,” the letter to Tsujihara reads. “Maybe Wonder Woman wouldn’t be such a mess. Don’t try to hide behind the great trailer. People inside are already confirming it’s another mess. It is almost impressive how you keep rewarding the same producers and executives for making the same mistakes, over and over.”

However, the Wonder Woman director, Patty Jenkins, is defending her movie. Jenkins responded by saying: “Woah, just saw this press about WW having problems. Are they serious? This is some made up bs right here. Made up! Produce a source, anyone,” she tweeted. “You can’t because it’s entirely false. Don’t believe the hype people. Someone’s trying to spread some serious misinfo.”

Jenkins went on to argue that the claims the movie was in trouble were “totally false.”

“Let me reassure you…Zero about the movie we are making has been called a mess by anyone in the know. Fact,” she continued. “Real lasso of truth, time, will reveal that letter to be false soon enough. But lame something so transparent in its agenda gets traction.”

It’s important to point out that this anonymous letter comes out only a week after the release of Suicide Squad, which was bashed by movie critics and fans. Wonder Woman is the next movie released from the Warner Bros.’ DC Extended Universe.

Wonder Woman, which stars Gal Gadot hits theaters June 2, 2017.

Shemar Moore Speaks Out Thomas Gibson ‘Criminal Minds’ Firing

Criminal Minds former co-star Shemar Moore seems to have commented on the firing of his former co-star, Thomas Gibson.

In a video that was recently posted on Moore’s Instagram and was quickly deleted, the actor commented on Gibson and implied the actor deserved what he got.

“Lot of birdies chirping out there; the gossip is real,” Moore said in the video. “I hear it. I see it. I’m sure a lot of you do, too, so I’ll just say this: I believe in karma. Good things happen to good people. Honest people. Hard-working people. Humble people. People who believe in basic goodness. People who believe in themselves. People who believe in others. Good things will happen to you; it’s not always easy; but you gotta grind it out and you gotta believe in you. Treat people how you expect them to treat you. Celebrate yourself; celebrate your blessings — as you should. But just know that you’re not better than anybody. We all have our own gifts, so unwrap them bad boys and show ’em off. But then appreciate other people’s gifts. Church is over.”

Moore and Gibson worked together for 11 seasons before Moore decided to quit the show and was subsequently written out of the show. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Moore’s relationship with Gibson was not all peaches and cream.

Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that Moore had a contentious relationship with Gibson, who tightly scheduled his duties on Criminal Minds so he could fly home to his family in San Antonio and often was upset by Moore showing up late to work.

It is important to point out that this is not the first time Gibson sparked controversy. In 2010 he was forced to attend anger management after an incident on-location where he shoved a member of the crew, as well as several other rumored incidents involving verbal abuse of the cast and crew.

Thomas Gibson was let go from the CBS TV series after kicking a writer following a creative disagreement. He was previously suspended for only two weeks.

Box Office: ‘Suicide Squad’ is Still Number One

Box Office: ‘Suicide Squad’ is Still Number One

Suicide Squad is the number one movie in the box office for the second week in a row.

While critics may hate the movie, and fans may bash the storyline, Warner Bros’ Suicide Squad is still the number one movie in the box office for a second week in a row.

According to reports, the DC comics anti-hero movie came in at No.1 this weekend with an estimated $43.8 million after having made $133.7 million on its debut last week. Despite coming in at number one in the box office, the super villain movie had an abysmal 67.2 percent drop in ticket sales. The only other superhero movie to suffer that massive of a drop in ticket sales was Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, which suffered a 69.1 percent drop its second weekend at the box office.

According to Box Office Mojo, the two comic-book based films that had bigger second weekend drop-offs were 2010’s Jonah Hex and 2003’s Hulk, which both suffered a 69.7 percent drop off in the box office. But, those movies didn’t make nearly as much money as this year’s Warner Bros. DC Comics movies. In fact, Jonah Hex debuted to $5.4 million, while Hulk opened to $62.1 million, which is peanuts compared to the DC Cinematic Universe.

Meanwhile, Sausage Party beat expectations with $33.6 million in the box office and another $2.6 million in the foreign box office. The Seth Rogen feature film was bashed by fans who called the movie “racist”, “sexist” and “disgusting.” But, that shouldn’t be a problem for Rogen as he laughs all the way to the bank.

Surprisingly, Disney’s Pete’s Dragon, a remake of the 1977 classic movie, didn’t do well in the box office. Earning $21.5 million from the box office, the film’s performance mirrored Disney’s July release of The BFG, which also had strong reviews but didn’t perform extremely well in the box office.

Atlanta Filmed ‘Passengers’ Movie Looks Amazing

Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt’s Passengers movie looks amazing.

Passengers stars Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt and it is on track to becoming one of the biggest movies in history.

The Atlanta filmed sci-fi thriller centers around passengers on a spaceship headed toward a colony called Homestead II. It takes 120 years to get there, but they wake up from suspended animation 90 years early, and begin to fall in love (and have sex) just as disaster strikes.

Recently the movie’s director Morten Tyldum said this about the movie, “You will laugh and cry and hold your breath and be at the edge of your seat. It has chills. It also will make you smile and laugh a lot,” he said. “Every generation has its love story. I feel like this is it.”

Lawrence and Pratt are “both extremely funny,” he gushed. “They’d try this and that and come up with really funny stuff. They can go very dramatic but their great chemistry — they’re just so good. It is just fun to be around them and fun to be on this journey. In this day of sequels and reboots I think it’s refreshing that it is a completely original story with two of the best movie stars in the world.”

[VIDEO] Johnny Depp Smashes Glass And Goes Crazy On Amber Heard

Leaked video appears to show Johnny Depp smashing a glass and going berserk on Amber Heard.

The divorce between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is heating up. After accusations that Depp allegedly tried to suffocate Heard with a pillow and numerous reports of beating his wife, TMZ has released a new video that appearsto show Depp smash a glass and otherwise go berserk while stomping around a kitchen.

Earlier this year, people were shocked by pictures of a bruised Amber Heard and allegations of domestic abuse by Johnny Depp. Many of the actor’s friends, fiercely defended him and claimed that Heard was manipulated for the maximum divorce payout possible.

Other photos, which featured Amber Heard with a busted lip, surfaced with claims that Depp tried to suffocate Heard. And rumors hit the Internet that possible drug and alcohol abuse was a motivating factor in these violent incidents.

This newly emerged video appears to support this theory. Heard explains that she just woke up and apologizes for something while Johnny Depp is shown kicking various things and slamming cabinets before smashing a glass and emptying a wine bottle.

At one point, he also says, “You want to see crazy, I’ll show you something crazy.” Then he notices the camera, a scuffle of sorts ensues, and the footage ends.

Johnny Depp’s camp has told TMZ that the footage is “heavily edited” and “a complete set up.” They also claim that part of the video shows Heard “smiling and egging him on.” And his team believes Amber Heard leaked this footage, but she has denied doing so. The release of this clip also follows claims by Johnny Depp’s attorney, Laura Wasser, who said Amber Heard refused to testify at last weekend’s deposition and simply “paced in a separate room” while acting “manic and irrational.”

Thomas Gibson is Threatening to Sue Over Getting Fired From ‘Criminal Minds

Thomas Gibson is considering a lawsuit over getting fired from Criminal Minds. 

After appearing in 225 episodes, all it takes is one on-set altercation and kicking the show’s writer to find yourself out of a job. At least that’s what happened to Thomas Gibson was fired from Criminal Minds last week. Initially, Gibson was only suspended from the show. However, on Friday it was made official that Criminal Minds had fired their FBI special agent Aaron Hotchner.

Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, new evidence is emerging and Gibson has hired a legal team to look into a possible wrongful termination lawsuit. Two weeks ago, after an argument between Gibson and the show’s writer-producer, Virgil Williams, escalated and Gibson kicked Williams in the leg, which is what led to his suspension, then his pink slip.

There are claims floating around with some insinuating that Gibson was only defending himself from the boxing-trained Williams while others claim that Williams is a rather “non-aggressive presence on the set” and even walks around in a bow tie.

It is important to point out that this is not Gibson sparked controversy. In 2010 he was forced to attend anger management after an incident on-location where he shoved a member of the crew, as well as several other rumored incidents involving verbal abuse of the cast and crew.

Brad Pitt’s ‘Allied’ Releases New Movie Trailer [VIDEO]

Allied starring Brad Pitt releases a new movie trailer.

Brad Pitt is back. Brad Pitt’s new movie Allied released a movie trailer on Friday and it’s pretty intense. In the new movie, Allied, Brad Pitt plays a U.S. intelligence officer, who travels to North Africa and meets French soldier Marianne Beausejour in the 1940s. Beausejour travels behind enemy lines and go on a deadly mission. When they are reunited in London, their relationship is threatened by an upcoming war.

This is not the first time Brad pitt has starred in a World War II period feature film. In fact, he recently played a tank commander alongside Shia LaBeouf in Fury. In 2009, he played Lt. Aldo in Quentin Tarantino’s Oscar-winning movie Inglorious Bastards. 

Allied was directed by Robert Zemeckis and is based on a screenplay written by Steven Knight. Steven Knight, creator of the hit Netflix series Peaky Blinders and Taboo. Knight is also the writer and director of the hit Tom Hardy movie Locke.

Knight recently opened up about the movie and explained that he was inspired by real-life events. “It’s based on a story that was told to me personally when I was about 21 years old,” he told Collider last year. “I’ve always known it would be a film, and now it’s gonna be the ultimate. I can’t believe the cast we’ve got, I can’t believe the director we’ve got, it’s just a dream.”

‘Criminal Minds’ Actor FIRED After Assaulting Writer

Criminal Minds star, Thomas Gibson after kicking a writer.

Thomas Gibson worked on Criminal Minds for 12 years and appeared on 225 different episodes but, according to a new report, the actor was fired from the hit TV series.

According to TheWrap, Thomas Gibson was let go from the CBS TV series after kicking a writer following a creative disagreement. He was previously suspended for only two weeks.

From TheWrap:

“Thomas Gibson has been dismissed from ‘Criminal Minds,’” CBS Television Studios and production company ABC Studios jointly told TheWrap on Friday. “Creative details for how the character’s exit will be addressed in the show will be announced at a later date.”

Apparently, the writer complained to his agent, which led to Gibson getting suspended. However, hours later CBS pulled the plug on Gibson’s acting career on Criminal Minds.

According to Gibson he said he became “aggressive” with the writer. “There were creative differences on the set and a disagreement,” the Gibson explained to TheWrap in a statement Thursday. “I regret that it occurred. We all want to work together as a team to make the best show possible. We always have and always will.”

This news comes after Shemar Moore, a former actor on Criminal Minds, was robbed by a guest actor on the show. According to Fox News, an actor who guest starred on the CBS hit TV series Criminal Minds, was sentenced on charges that he stole more than $60,000 from actor Shemar Moore.

Criminal Minds centers around an elite squad of FBI analysts that track down the world’s most twisted criminals. Each member of the group is a “mind hunter” and brings their own talents to track down the criminals. It will be interesting to see how the next season of Criminal Minds plays out with Gibson.

Criminal Minds actor steals $60,000 from Shemar Moore

Less than 24 hours after Criminal Minds star Thomas Gibson made international headlines for kicking a writer, his former co-star Shemar Moore is making headlines.

According to Fox News, an actor who guest starred on the CBS hit TV series Criminal Minds, was sentenced on charges that he stole more than $60,000 from actor Shemar Moore.

Moore, who played FBI agent Derek Morgan for 11 seasons, and guest actor Keith Tisdell appeared on two episodes together and later became friends. Tisdell was arrested in January on suspicion of embezzlement and later admitted to grand theft. Tisdell was sentenced to probation and 45 days of manual labor. According to the Los Angeles Times, Tisdell will end up in jail if he does not pay back the money and stay out of trouble for the next years. However, if he is able to pay Moore back and not violate his parole, Moore will able to get this expunged from his criminal record.

According to reports, Tisdell became involved with Moore’s retail company Baby Girl LLC, which gives a portion of their earnings to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

“I’ve done a lot for him because he had me, my friends fooled,” Moore said in court, according to the LA Times. “I’m not here for money. I’m here because he betrayed a friendship. This is not OK. You don’t do this to people.”

According to Tisdell’s IMDB page, Keith Tisdell was born in Denver, Colorado. Tisdell attended Northwestern State University of Louisiana in hopes of becoming a child psychologist but, became an actor after attending an open casting call. He would later move to New York City to become a model. He later joined the Tupu Kweli Theatre Company in Harlem, New York City. He has appeared in several TV shows including OZ, Law & Order SVU and Criminal Minds. Tisdell has also appeared in several popular feature films including Brown Sugar.

It’s important to add that just a few weeks ago, the show’s casting director was let go after a scathing report revealed how the show’s casting director charged actors for “acting workshops”, which were reportedly illegal and against the Los Angeles Krevorkian Act.

Casting Director FIRED After This “Racist” Casting Call

Zoom Flume water park fires casting director a “racist” casting call goes viral.

Casting directors are the unsung heroes of any TV show, movie or commercial. They take an idea and puzzle in the pieces together to create a masterpiece. However, along the way mistakes can be made. Such as choosing the wrong actor for a lead role or posting a controversial casting call.

According to ABCNews10, an area water park is in hot water after a casting call for a commercial was deemed “racist” by the community. In fact, a New York family is boycotting the water park after seeing the casting call on Facebook.

So what made this casting call racist? Apparently, the Zume Flume Water Park commercial was looking for two Caucasian families.

From ABC News 10:

Her anger stemmed from a casting call posted on the Hudson Valley Film Commission Facebook Page that stated it was looking for “two, well-groomed Caucasian families” to star in a Zoom Flume commercial.

After the casting call went viral, the water parker fired the casting agency. And now families are demanding their money back. One family reportedly told ABC News 10 “I just want my money back,” she said. “I’m not going there. We work hard for our money. I’d like to take them somewhere else.” Unfortunately for her, the water park denied her refund.

This is not the first time a casting company got in trouble for casting a particular race for a TV show, movie or commercial. As The Daily Beast pointed out, the hit Broadway musical Hamilton was bashed for being racist after looking for non-white actors, singers, and rappers to join the Broadway show. Hamilton casting directors would later change the casting notice to include both non-white and white performers.
