About Chicago Med:

Chicago Med is an upcoming American medical drama television series created by Dick Wolf and Matt Olmstead as a spin-off from Chicago Fire. Chicago Med is described as “an emotional ride through the day-to-day chaos of the city’s most explosive hospital and the courageous team of doctors that holds it together.” It is said to tackle cases inspired by topical events and intertwine with characters from Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.

‘That 70’s Show’ Actor Topher Grace is Giving Free Event in Georgia [UPDATE]

Rather Grace will be holding a conversation about his acting career. This event, presented by SCAD’s performing arts and film and television departments, is free and open to the public. Topher Grace became a breakout star after starring in the hit TV sitcom That 70s Show. Now the actor is giving back to the acting community by holding a free event, “Comedy Acting in Film: In Front of and Behind the Camera” at the SCAD Museum of Art, 601 Turner Blvd. theater on Wednesday, March 1st at 5 p.m.

Extras Casting Director is Now Casting Walk-On Roles

Correction: To clarify UniversalExtras is not currently casting extras for the upcoming Star War: Last Jedi. UniversalExtras has not revealed which production they are casting for. The company posted an open casting call seeking new talent.

The extras casting company behind Star Wars: Last Jedi and several major motion pictures is now casting extras and walk-on roles for a major motion picture.

Universal Extras Casting, the extras casting director behind the upcoming Star Wars movie, The Last Jedi, is now casting extras and walk-on roles for a major feature film starting this March 2017 in Edinburgh and Scotland, Ireland.

Details surrounding the feature film have not been released. However, according to the Telegraph, Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War is expected to start filming in Edinburgh in the next few weeks.

During the 1994 Olympics, Tonya Harding was pitted against the more popular Nancy Kerrigan at the 1994 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, where Kerrigan was attacked by a man who struck her a few inches above her knee.

While both Kerrigan and Harding made the Olympic team that headed to the Lillehamer Olympics the attack was linked back to Harding’s ex-husband, Jeff Gillooly, and her bodyguard, Shawn Eckhardt.

Tonya Harding struck a plea agreement, admitting to conspiring to hinder prosecution, and was banned from U.S. Figure Skating and stripped of her 1994 U.S. Championship.

FILMS: Thursday, February 23rd; films in EVANSTON, IL (60201); potential late morning start time & applicants must be available to conclude with early night scenes.
ROLES: Pedestrians booked with AUTO. Females/Males, Ages: 18-older, any ethnicity, everyone booked with their own vehicle. No red or white cars, please. Looking for nicer/newer vehicles. FILMS: Friday, February 24th; films at Cinespace Film Studios. Potential late morning/early afternoon call time; concluding with NIGHT scenes.
ROLES: ‘Narcotics Anonymous Members’: M/F, Ages: 21-older, any ethnicity for interior/exterior ‘NA’ Meeting/hallway scenes.
PAY RATE: $84 for up to 8 hours of work & time and a half for anything after 8.
