This movie is about a handsome 18 year old college student named Blake, played by rapper / reality star Diggy Simmons. Blake, along with his best friends Manuel “Manny” Diaz (Allen Maldonado), a slick talker with a thick NY accent, Derrick “Dot” Brown (Chris Brew) who is a tech geek, and Manny’s beautiful sister Tiana “Tae” Diaz (Teyana Taylor) started a blog in Junior High School called The Good Life. Skip to many years later, the popular blog has incited a riot on Blakes college campus so his parents have kicked him out of the house. He’s gone to NY (from Atlanta) to hang with his friends and try to get his blog a wider audience. Along the way the tight crew, often naive in business but street smart, attempts to make a name for their start up company but encounter “investors” who are not as they seem. He is described as gangly and smokes a bong, however he is pre-law and his father is a big-time lawyer. Ryan later becomes Blake and his friends legal counsel in the selling of their blog in a major 6 figure deal. Ryan is not a nerd. He is smart enough but slightly awkward. He apologizes for using a sharpie to sign the contracts because “he has the hardest time holding onto pens.” For the 2nd scene, he is described as wearing an over-sized and boxy Men’s Warehouse suit. Play him like he has a real buzz but not falling down sloppy drunk. Wardrobe: Business attire but loosened up for happy hour drinks.
[CHARLES PLIES] Co-Star / Male / early 40’s / Caucasian Charles Plies is the SVP at Pally Agency which is a full-service, high fashion publicity agency and is Tae’s boss. Charles is described as exquisitely manicured from top to bottom, wearing Varvatos Jeans, Rag & Bone boots, and a handmade, Bespoke white dress shirt that costs more than most people’s mortgage. He is in great physical shape and goes to St. Tropez for Christmas. He and Tae flirt back and forth but she says to him “why don’t you hook me up with one of your single, rich, completely straight friends?” To that his reply (with a wink) is “who’s still completely straight?” You obviously do not have to wear expensive clothes, but dress the part.

[Louisiana]Mickey Rourke and Nicholas Cage are teaming up for an action revenge thriller entitled Marble City. Director Ryuhei Kitamura promises that this upcoming film is “vengeance on a road filled with rage, bullets and ultra violence,” in a mixture between Drive and Kill Bill.
Marble City is one of those movies that has been around Hollywood for several years. In 2006 it was prepared for DMX, until he was later sent to prison for criminal charges. Then DMX was replaced by Ving Rhames. The director at the time was going to be Jim Vickers, a stunt coordinator in movies such as Mr & Mrs Smith and Hancock; On a side note he was a kidnap consultant on Borat. The film was later scrapped.
Director Kitamura, who landed this opportunity made several movies and is well known around the Japanese film circuit. Many argue that Ryuhei’s vision of action filmmaking is truly unique and this upcoming film will be filled with high octane, and will be a smart action picture.

Warner Brothers has recently announced that they are producing ‘Getaway’ starring Ethan Hawke, Jon Voight, Paul Freeman, Bruce Payne and Rebecca Budig. Courtney Solomon is scheduled to direct the upcoming film ‘Getaway’. Solomon is known for producing such films as ‘Universal Soldier: Regeneration’, and most notably ‘Stash House’ in 2012. This will be his directorial debut with a film budget of $20 million dollars. ‘Getaway’ was written by Sean Finegan and Gregg Maxwell Parker.
This will be the third movie for Selena Gomez who recently wrapped Spring Breakers, and Transylvania.Gomez, 19 is on a roll but she recently stated that she will soon be putting the brakes on her acting career and focus more into the recording studio. “this is the first year I haven’t put out music,” she said in June at a press preview of Hotel Transylvania. “I miss it.” She wants to put out her fourth album followed by some touring.”

The studio is holding two casting calls for men and women “of all ethnicities” who are 18 and older, according to press materials. The first casting call will be at the Tucson Marriott University Park, 880 E. Second St., from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 14. The other will be held at the Nogales Best Western Hotel, 750 W. Shell Road in Nogales, Arizona from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 15.While it’s not a family film, Aviano said, the shoot might also require some scenes involving 10 to 20 children.Parents are encouraged to bring close-up photos of their kids but not the youngsters themselves.
Warner Brotehrs said that the series stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis will return for their roles as three friends, Phil, Stu and Alan, in “The Hangover Part III,” whi is planned for release on May 24, 2013. Todd Phillips who directed the last two films also announced that he is excited about returning as director.
The original “Hangover” released in 2009, set its characters lose in Vegas and sold well over $467 million dollars in tickets worldwide. While the sequel beat the first movie with a total of $581 million dollars earned globally.
No setting or plot description has been announced for “The Hangover Part III” but Todd Phillips stated that they are going to surprise a lot of people with the final chapter in the series. “It will be a fitting conclusion to our three-part opera of mayhem, despair and bad decisions”

In the Las Vegas Area there will be open fighter try outs for “The Ultimate Fighter 17” this September 17, 2012. Palace Station Hotel & Casino will play host to the tryouts which are open to fighters in the middleweight and light-heavyweight divisions.
The series is expected to tape and debut on FX in early 2013. Coaches and further details have not been confirmed or released for The Ultimate Fighter 17, but it is assumed that they will use a 32-man, single elimination tournament format. A live finale will take place in June 2013.
During the open tryouts, fighters will demonstrate their striking and grappling abilities to UFC President Dana White and matchmaker Joe Silva. Those who make it past the initial tryout will be interviewed by producers, and advancing fighters are then medically screened. Hopefuls, need to have had three pro fights and must be at least 21 years.
Spike TV has begun airing the new The Ultimate Fighter series in early 2005, but as part of a Fox Broadcasting Deal earlier this year the show has since moved to FX. Since the show’s conception it has launched the careers of 200 fighters while producing amazing and notable talents such as Matt Sera, Forrest Griffin, and Rashad Evans.
In September 2010 Fiore Films announced that they have acquired the rights from Gotti to produce a movie about his life, more specifically about his relationship with his father. The film will center on the story of the crime boss John Gotti and his son.

Upcoming in 2013 is an amazing thriller about a an American family that soon finds themselves caught in the middle of a revolution and frantically search for a safe escape out of the country. ‘The Coup’ will feature Michelle Monaghan, Owen Wilson, and Pierce Brosnan. This film will be directed by the legendary John Erick Dowdle who is famous for directing Quarantine, Devil, and developed the screenplay for numerous other films. Drew Dowdle and John Erick Dowdle together wrote the screenplay for ‘The Coup’ as well.
Rizal Risjad, Steve Alexander, Drew Dowdle, Rob Paris and Adam Ripp are scheduled to produce this upcoming film. Rizal Risjad is famous for producing ‘Gambit’ which is expected to be released in 2013.
Owen Wilson, who is currently filming, ‘The Internship’ with Vince Vaughn in Atlanta will have to quickly gear up from a comedy to this fast turning thriller.
‘The Coup’ is a Eagle Fims, Sierra/Affinity, and Crime Scene Pictures production and will be released in 2013. But filming will not begin until October 2012 in Thailand.
Casting Directors are now casting for a Playstation commercial. Playstation is looking for models and actors for an upcoming ‘God of War’ commercial. This commercial is Non-Union and will be playd on the internet, in stores, and will be used in live events. It will be for three years and will be broadcasted for 1 year.
