It’s 1908: Cyrus Teed, aka Koresh, leader of the egalitarian, socialist, and celibate commune Koreshan Unity, has uttered his last breath. Fortunately for him and his followers, salvation is upon them when his soul is transferred into the body of his platonic co-leader

Victoria Gratia. Unfortunately for the Koreshans, his teachings haven’t made clear when that will be. As they wait for Victoria’s arrival, Teed’s sister and most devoted follower, Emma must lead the community in prayer while his body lies on display in a bathtub—

testing time, her faith, and notions of mortality.

We are looking for 4 characters: 

1. Cyrus Teed,  age Late 60s–70 , small, frail man. Striking eyes and squared jawline.

bare-shaved face. , charismatic, dramatic with a commanding voice, Dies in the first scene. Actor must be comfortable laying still for long duration, & having SFX makeup/Prosthetics made for/applied to them. Scenes where they are ‘dead’, their torso is exposed to the camera/audience.

2. Jennie Andrews, early 60s ,blond–grey hair, fuller figure. a Southern Lady originally from Alexandria, VA. At first hesitant, but ultmately a believer in Koreshanity

3. Emma Norton, Early 50s,small-statured, ashy hair. Efficient

African American Physical Therapist Background Role

Job Description
A television production is seeking an African American male physical therapist to appear as background talent in a professional on-camera role. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with real physical therapy experience who can authentically perform basic injury care in a realistic setting. Both union and non-union performers are welcome.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

This is an interactive video game production combining romance, comedy, and drama with multiple branching storylines and endings. The project involves extensive ensemble work, romantic/comedic chemistry across multiple pairings, and emotionally complex character arcs. Open to all ethnicities except where noted. Acting experience is not required, and active social media presence is a plus.   

AUDITION PROCESS

Round 1: Virtual Interview (unpaid)

Round 2: In-person audition in Los Angeles ($100/30 min, paid) or self-tape if unable to travel

Talent invited to round 2 must:

• Participate in an online voting campaign

SHUHAN HO — Male Lead

Age: 23 | Ethnicity: Chinese / East Asian

An ordinary international student mistaken for a wealthy heir with an identical appearance. Vain and drawn to glamour, but kind-hearted beneath the surface. Awkward yet sincere, constantly juggling multiple romantic entanglements while navigating his double identity.

Requirements: 

• Strong comedic timing; ability to portray vulnerability and growth
• Chemistry with multiple female leads
• Must play two characters (Shuhan Ho and Shuhan “Richie” Ho)
• Mandarin Chinese fluency required

SHUHAN “RICHIE” HO — Male Supporting

Age: 23 | Ethnicity: Chinese / East Asian

The true rich heir—and a complete emotional predator. Hedonistic, selfish, and unapologetically cruel in matters of love. Free of guilt or conscience, he is the protagonist’s dark mirror and the original source of the story’s turmoil.

Requirements: Same as Shuhan Ho (dual role)

SUSANNA — Female Lead

Age: 21 | Ethnicity: East Asian

A pampered rich heiress, innocent and stubborn, completely clueless about everyday life. Outwardly confident but inwardly fragile and insecure. Clumsy yet endearing in her attempts to win love.

Requirements: 

• Ability to balance comedy with emotional vulnerability
• Physical comedy skills preferred
• Must deliver Chinese, Japanese, or Korean dialogue with authentic/native pronunciation (fluency not required)

MIA — Female Lead

Age: 23 | Ethnicity: Open

Gentle and competent mentor with a cool, wild streak. Professional exterior that gradually reveals a shy, jealous romantic side through interactions with the male lead.

Requirements:  

• Sophisticated demeanor; ability to convey subtle emotional shifts
• Stunt/action experience a plus (driving scenes)

CAMILLE — Female Lead

Age: 24 | Ethnicity: Open

A confident, bold print model who plays games with love but transforms into someone capable of genuine emotion. Sexy, fiery, and provocative, but ultimately vulnerable.

Requirements: 

• Model experience a plus 
• Comfortable with flirtatious/sensual scenes
• Strong emotional range

LIN MUYUN — Female Lead

Age: 27 | Ethnicity: Mixed / Half Asian

Gentle and elegant on the surface, highly possessive underneath. Carries childhood trauma and develops complicated feelings for her stepbrother. Borderline obsessive but deeply sympathetic.

Requirements: 

• Comfortable with intimate/intense emotional scenes
• Ability to portray psychological complexity

LI SISI — Female Lead

Age: 22 | Ethnicity: Chinese / East Asian

Pure, kind, girl-next-door type. The male lead’s moral compass and childhood sweetheart. Sweet but capable of jealousy and testing born from insecurity.

Requirements: 

• Natural, understated performance style
• Chemistry with male lead; ability to convey heartbreak
• Must deliver Chinese dialogue with authentic/native pronunciation

A production is casting 10 female participants who have not appeared on the Zach Justice dating show before. Selected talent will take part in an on-camera dating show segment and should be comfortable being filmed, engaging naturally on camera, and following producer direction. This is a paid opportunity.
