A major feature film is seeking experienced dancers with strong backgrounds in Tahitian, Hula, and broader Polynesian dance styles. This opportunity is open to all genders, ages 18+, and performers must have strong dance skills and be able to follow direction on set.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Polynesian dance styles (Tahitian, Hula, and related forms) on camera.
- Learn and execute choreography and/or perform synchronized group movement as directed.
- Attend required rehearsals, fittings, and on-set work as scheduled by production.
- Maintain professionalism, stamina, and consistency throughout filming days.
Requirements
- Experienced dancer with strong training and/or performance background in Tahitian, Hula, and/or Polynesian dance.
- All genders welcome, 18+.
- Strong dance skills required (video clips showcasing ability encouraged).
- Must be legal to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work on-location on O‘ahu.
- Submission materials may include: full name, phone number, height, weight, recent photo, dance experience/training/resume, and dance video clip(s).
Compensation Details
Paid role (rate and terms provided by production upon selection; employment is subject to production requirements and eligibility).
