Job Description
A major holiday video and stills campaign is now casting real groups of friends, mother-daughter pairs (adult daughters only), couples (both same-sex and straight), and siblings. The campaign is seeking authentic, diverse individuals with unique stories, natural confidence, and a strong sense of style. Talent should feel comfortable on camera, speaking openly, and sharing personal moments with sincerity.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in video and stills shoots for the holiday campaign

• Share authentic stories and experiences naturally on camera

• Engage with creative direction while maintaining individuality

• Take part in secondary social content creation on set

• Optional: Share final campaign content on personal social channels

Requirements

• Real groups of friends, couples, siblings, or adult mother-daughter duos

• Majority of talent in their 30s/40s, but open to ages 20s–80s

• Inclusive of all ethnicities, professions, and body types

• Must be confident, stylish, and comfortable being vulnerable on camera

• Submission must include names, relationships, and multiple well-lit photos (close-ups, full-body, and group shots)

Compensation

• $1,500 per person plus $1,500 site credit

• Transportation to and from fitting and shoot reimbursed

• Manicure/pedicure costs covered prior to shoot

• Usage:

  • Video: 3 months USA (Broadcast, Streaming, Paid Social), worldwide organic social and digital

  • Stills: 1 year worldwide digital (website, blog, social media, ads, PR, marketing, and in-store displays)

  • Unlimited internal, PR, and archival use in perpetuity
