Support the action behind the scenes for the Oregon @ Oklahoma State live sports broadcast in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Runner will assist the production and operations crew with a range of on-site needs, including completing errands, distributing important information, coordinating announcer logistics, and responding to production requests. This position is suited for someone who works efficiently, communicates clearly, and can remain flexible in an energetic broadcast environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist production and operations teams with on-site broadcast logistics.
• Complete errands and priority assignments for crew members.
• Deliver information, supplies, and production materials throughout the venue.
• Help coordinate announcer arrivals and departures.
• Respond efficiently to changing requests during the production.
• Maintain dependable communication with production personnel.
• Take on additional show-related assignments as directed.
• Help the crew maintain an organized and efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous Runner, Production Assistant, or related live production experience preferred.
• Reliable communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Ability to take direction and complete assignments independently.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic familiarity with broadcast production operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Stillwater area and venue is beneficial.
• Must live within approximately 100 miles of the event site.

Compensation

A non-union commercial casting call is now seeking high-energy dancers for a musical commercial produced by a leading marketing and branding company. This commercial dancer audition is for a performance-driven project designed to engage audiences through movement, personality, and on-camera charisma.
The production is looking for strong, expressive performers who can deliver choreographed musical numbers with confidence and authenticity. This commercial will be used across broadcast and digital platforms, offering excellent exposure for selected talent.
Job Responsibilities:
