Job Responsibilities

Support casting and production teams on various projects

Assist with coordination, scheduling, and file organization

Contribute to research, data entry, and internal communications

Help create and edit documents using Google Slides and Excel

Participate in brainstorming and team meetings

Learn and adapt quickly in a multi-disciplinary creative space
Requirements

Must be NYC-based and available to work in-person

Must have availability at least 3 days per week

Proficient in Excel and Google Slides

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive

Strong interest in casting, fashion, film, or creative production

Photography experience is a plus but not required
