This role supports the hair and make-up department in maintaining the visual excellence and character continuity throughout live performances. Ideal candidates have experience in wigs, styling, and theatrical make-up and can thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Job Responsibilities

Assist with preparation and maintenance of wigs and hairpieces

Provide consistent hair and make-up application per character requirements

Support quick changes and touch-ups during live performances

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of all hair/make-up tools and equipment

Work closely with the creative team to uphold design standards
Requirements

Prior experience in theatre or live performance environments preferred

Proficiency in hairstyling, wig setting, and theatrical make-up

Ability to work collaboratively under time pressure

Proven experience as a sports instructor, fitness instructor, or group exercise leader (aqua fitness and dance class experience preferred).

Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and confidence leading groups in an entertainment-focused environment.

Ability to commit to a 3–12 month contract and work a 6-day schedule with 1 day off weekly.
Compensation

Salary: USD $1,300–$1,800 per month.
