Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute makeup looks that complement the designer’s vision and clothing collections.
• Apply makeup to models in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each look is cohesive with the overall theme of the show.
• Stay updated on current makeup trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide touch-ups and adjustments as needed throughout the event to ensure models look their best on the runway.
• Work efficiently and effectively within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Makeup Artist, preferably in the fashion industry or for runway shows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of makeup styles and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of different skin types, tones, and textures.
• Proficiency in makeup application for various lighting conditions and photography.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to take direction and adapt to the creative vision of the designer.

Compensation:

• This is a paid opportunity with compensation to be discussed based on experience and portfolio.
• All makeup products will be provided on set.
