We are currently seeking a well-connected LA-based scout to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong ties within the entertainment, arts, and sports world, and will be responsible for identifying fresh and exciting talent. This role involves scouting for individuals with unique and marketable looks, creating a portfolio of faces to help expand our network and talent pool.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of individuals with standout appearances for potential projects.

  • Collaborate with the team to refine the search criteria and tailor the talent pool to upcoming projects.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Ideally well-connected in the entertainment, arts, or sports industries.
  • Previous experience in scouting, casting, or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio of talent and faces, or ability to develop one.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.

Compensation:
