Position Summary

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping scale SHEIN’s influencer strategy specifically around macro influencer, celebrity programs, and strategic partnerships, as well as leveraging relationships with emerging influencers. You’re someone who loves pop culture, fashion, social media and always knows the latest up and coming influencers! You wear many hats, chase after your dreams, and are comfortable with picking up the slack wherever needed. You’ll be able to bring your groundbreaking ideas to SHEIN and its brand portfolio including MOTF, ROMWE, Cuccoo Shoes, Glowmode and Luvlette

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer strategy and approach for SHEIN’s portfolio of brands – ROMWE, MOTF, Glowmode, Cuccoo Shoes and Luvlette.
  • Create tiered strategies in approaching talent across mid-tier, macro and celeb level influencers for both short term and long term partnerships that will maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Continue to nurture our existing influencer community while looking to expand into new demographics and strengthen influencer relations by managing day-to-day communication with influencers, agencies and management via email, phone, DM, text, etc.
  • Improve the brand awareness and brand reputation among key fashion and lifestyle influencers.
  • Able to respond promptly to any questions by influencers, gather opinions about products and brand, monitor event calendar and coordinate brand campaigns.
  • Oversee influencer generated branded content to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Compile, analyze and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Oversee offline event activations with top influencers and VIPs.
  • Stay on top of pop culture, social media, influencer trends, as well as emerging technologies and social media platforms and platform updates

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 4 years influencer-marketing experience in the fashion or beauty industry and in a supervisor/management role leading a team of 5+ team members
  • Well-versed in influencer marketing or brand campaigns with celebrity resources preferred
  • Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends
  • Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, outstanding relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience developing, executing and refining social and influencer strategies
