Job Responsibilities:
- Designing compelling digital flyers, stories, and feed posts that align with and promote Ruby Ibarra’s brand and message.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies.
- Ensuring consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
- Offering creative ideas and concepts in a proactive manner.
- Managing and delivering multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Video editing capabilities to create engaging multimedia content (preferred but not mandatory).
Requirements:
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients and team members.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
- A strong understanding of the RI brand and the ability to translate it into visual content.
- Video editing skills are highly advantageous.
