The project is set in 1950s East London and explores queer Caribbean storytelling through a visually rich and culturally resonant campaign.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content for social media campaigns
- Lead visual branding, design, and campaign storytelling
- Create social assets, teasers, and promotional materials
- Contribute to pitch decks and presentation materials
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and campaign videos
- Plan and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Manage audience engagement and campaign growth strategies
- Support crowdfunding efforts through content creation and backer engagement
Requirements
- Experience in social media content creation, design, or digital marketing
- Strong visual storytelling skills and cohesive branding ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)
- Ability to create pitch decks and campaign visuals
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual consistency
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

A content creator is hiring a London-based Social Media & Creative Assistant to help produce fashion and lifestyle content across multiple social media platforms. This full-time role combines video editing, creative planning, content production, and day-to-day operational support.
The successful candidate will assist with creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, attend content shoots, support brand events and press trips, and help develop creative concepts for future campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok, as well as longer-form YouTube content.
- Assist during content shoots (typically 3–4 shoots per week).
- Research trends, creative references, locations, and props for upcoming content.
- Provide operational support, including managing deliveries, post office runs, and other daily tasks.
- Accompany the creator to brand events and press trips to help capture content.
- Carry filming equipment and assist during long production days.
Requirements
- Must be based in London.
- Passion for social media, fashion, and visual storytelling.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Previous video editing experience is preferred; examples of editing work should be included with the application.
- Able to handle a physically demanding role, including carrying equipment and traveling across London.
- Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid editing task during the interview process.
- Available to start mid-July.
Compensation
- £24,000–£28,000 per year, depending on experience.
