Casting Call: Digital Designer for Nonprofit Raffle Campaign

About Commonwealth Theatre Center: Commonwealth Theatre Center (CTC) is a vibrant nonprofit organization dedicated to the arts and community engagement. We are gearing up for our annual Shakespeare Festival and are looking to enhance our promotional efforts for an upcoming raffle with visually appealing digital content.

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and efficient Digital Designer to assist in creating and uploading digital images and graphics for our raffle event. The successful candidate will work remotely to enhance the visual presentation of our raffle on our website and various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our existing brand and campaign themes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce compelling digital graphics and images for the raffle promotion.
  • Collaborate with the CTC team to gather specific requirements and understand brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in the visual messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Revise and optimize graphics based on feedback from the team.
  • Upload and manage digital content on the website and social media channels as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of digital content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
  • Experience in creating digital content for web and social media.
  • Passion for the arts and community projects is a plus.

Compensation:

  • This is a freelance position. Compensation is project-based and will be negotiated based on experience and scope of work.
  • Estimated project fee: $500 – $800, dependent on candidate’s experience and the specific demands of the project.
