Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the production team with day-to-day operations, including pre-production and on-set support.
  • Provide administrative assistance such as organizing schedules, answering emails, and coordinating meetings.
  • Help with the creative process by participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas.
  • Manage tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks related to production, such as setting up equipment, managing paperwork, and coordinating logistics.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work in-person.
  • Strong interest in the film, media, or creative industries.
  • Eager to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in production or as an assistant is a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • No prior production experience required, but candidates should:

    • Be fast learners

    • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Work well under pressure and in dynamic environments

    • Show genuine interest in film production and storytelling

Compensation

  • This is an unpaid role (self-funded production), but selected talent will receive:

    • Screen credit

    • On-set meals

    • Lodging/housing accommodations for the full duration of the shoot
