Job Description
A casting office is hiring a Casting Associate to support active, story-driven casting projects. This project-based role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented entertainment professional who communicates clearly and enjoys working in a fast-moving casting environment. The position is hybrid/remote-friendly, with New York City availability needed as projects require.
Job Responsibilities

Support daily casting operations across multiple projects

Help manage submissions, scheduling, and talent tracking

Assist with audition sessions, callbacks, and session logistics

Maintain organized casting materials, databases, and project documents

Communicate professionally with agents, talent, and production teams
Requirements

Based in New York State or able to work as a New York hire

Hybrid/remote-friendly with NYC availability as needed

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Clear communication skills and comfort in a collaborative setting

Compensation

$1,000–$1,200 per week
