Job Description

Accomplice Content Supply is casting six character voices for Mermaid Theatres’ touring production “Ocean Blue.” Recording takes place in Halifax during the last two weeks of October. This call is open to Equity, ACTRA, and non-union talent, and only to residents of the Maritime provinces.

Job Responsibilities

• Record character voice over for a touring theatre production
• Attend recording sessions in Halifax in late October
• Perform the assigned voice role as directed

Requirements

• Resident of the Maritime provinces
• VOICE 1: femme, plays 50s-80s, Cape Breton-inflected, spicy and grounded
• VOICE 2: femme, plays 40s-50s, expressive and conversational
• VOICE 3: femme, plays 25-50s, expressive and character-driven
• VOICE 4: masc, plays 20s-30s, energetic and comedic
• VOICE 5: masc, plays 40s-60s, grounded and characterful
• VOICE 6: masc, plays 20s-30s, deep and character-driven

Compensation

• CAEA daily rates, plus royalties
