Job Description
What does being an Associate Producer at Ludia look like :
You will join a production team that develops mobile games and assist the Producer in his daily responsibilities.
Missions
- Actively participating in the development of Milestones objectives and Product Updates.
- Cross-functional role on different aspects of production including, monitoring Art/UI, VFX and QA monitoring support or specific feature related support.
- Developing production schedules with external service providers, monitoring them and ensuring regular reporting (Localization, SoundsFX,…).
- Helping to coach a team of artists, game designers, developers and quality assurance
- Playing the Live and In development versions of the game
Qualifications

- Experience in game production and knowledge of the mobile gaming industry
- Good understanding of the work of each stakeholder and job family involved in game production

Specific Duties: Depending on the project requirements, you will be responsible for:
Editorial Leadership & Content Strategy
- Develop and implement editorial strategies that drive engagement and audience growth across Accountancy Age and The CFO

ABOUT YOU

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of editorial experience, preferably in B2B publishing or financial media

Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to take editorial ownership of our flagship finance brands, Accountancy Age and The CFO. This role combines hands-on content creation with strategic editorial management across multiple channels including website publishing, daily email newsletters, and social media platforms.
Specific Duties: Depending on the project requirements, you will be responsible for:
Editorial Leadership & Content Strategy
- Develop and implement editorial strategies that drive engagement and audience growth across Accountancy Age and The CFO
- Manage daily editorial calendars, ensuring consistent, high-quality content delivery
- Commission, edit, and publish breaking news articles, analysis pieces, and thought leadership content
- Maintain editorial standards and brand voice across all content formats
- Monitor industry trends and breaking news to identify content opportunities
Newsletter Management
- Lead daily and weekly newsletter production for both brands, including content curation, writing, and scheduling
- Manage LinkedIn newsletter strategy and execution for professional audiences
- Coordinate with commercial teams to integrate sponsored content and partnerships
- Track newsletter performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growth
Social Media & Digital Content
- Oversee social media content strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter),and Facebook
- Create and schedule social media posts using Buffer and other content management tools
- Develop platform-specific content that drives traffic and engagement
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent brand messaging
Commercial Coordination
- Work closely with commercial teams to integrate sponsored content and advertiser requirements
- Ensure all commercial content maintains editorial integrity and audience value
- Coordinate campaign timing and content placement across editorial calendar
- Support business development initiatives with editorial insights and audience data
Content Performance & Analytics
- Monitor content performance across all channels and platforms
- Provide weekly reporting on editorial metrics and audience engagement
- Use data insights to refine content strategy and editorial approach
- Contribute to broader business reporting and strategy discussions
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams including commercial, marketing, and product
- Build relationships with industry sources, thought leaders, and contributors

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-moving editorial environments and be comfortable with the dynamic nature of digital publishing and content strategy.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of editorial experience, preferably in B2B publishing or financial media
- Proven experience managing multiple content channels and formats
- Experience with newsletter management and social media content strategy
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with WordPress content management systems
- Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and newsletter tools (Marketo)
- Basic knowledge of content analytics and performance measurement

Impact You’ll Own:
- This person will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for both Planet’s corporate brand and limited members of the executive team, including its CEO and Co-Founder.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy for all of Planet’s corporate channels, including X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Create and manage the executive social media presence (starting with the CEO) on X and Linkedin, including content strategy, ghostwriting, and community engagement.
- Oversee all day-to-day social media operations, including content creation,light video creation and editing, scheduling, publishing, community management, and real-time monitoring.
- Partner with global cross-functional teams including Marketing, Government Affairs, and Product to align social media efforts with broader business goals, markets, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing video content creators both in-house and agency side to create compelling engaging content, reaching Planet’s audiences where they are.
- Analyze social media metrics and trends to inform strategy, optimize performance, and report on key KPIs to leadership.
- Identify and manage proactive brand moments and provide reactive support for issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cultural and social media trends and platforms, and identify real-time social moments that are relevant to Planet to help increase brand awareness.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in social media management, with experience creating and managing successful social media campaigns, community management, and audience engagement for a technology company.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft both short and long-form digital content, including social copy, video scripts, and executive communications.
- Experience in executive social media support, including ghostwriting and building a personal brand.
- Strategic and creative thinking with the ability to develop integrated digital programs that align with business goals.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.
- Proficiency with creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud to rapidly produce high-quality graphics and videos for social media.
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
