About The Role
As the Creative Director, you will hold a pivotal position in crafting and implementing our brand’s creative strategy. You will be at the helm of a team of talented creatives, guiding them to produce compelling content, visually arresting product designs, and highly effective digital advertising campaigns. Your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities that contribute to the growth and recognition of our brand.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- You will lead the charge in developing and articulating the creative vision. This vision will be integral in setting the tone for our brand, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and aligns seamlessly with our core values and objectives.
- Overseeing the development and upkeep of a cohesive visual identity will be one of your key responsibilities. This entails ensuring that all visual elements, from our logo to website, emails, ads and design elements align with our brand’s identity.
- Under your guidance, our content creators will generate a diverse range of high-quality materials. These may include engaging blog posts, captivating social media visuals, informative video content, and other resources designed to educate, engage, and even entertain our audience.
- Staying attuned to industry trends and packaging innovations will be key.
- As a leader, you will manage and mentor a dynamic team of designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators. Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing a creative and collaborative work environment that sparks innovation and excellence.
- You will oversee the creative budget, meticulously managing resources to ensure that we achieve maximum impact while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Providing financial reports and projections in partnership with Finance and internal teams will be part of your responsibilities.

- A Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant work experience is essential. Your proven track record of creative leadership, exceptional design skills, and mastery of design software will set you apart.
- Experience working with internal creative teams at high growth startups
- Experience managing relationships of external marketing agencies
- Agency-side experience–in addition to in-house–is a plus
- A strong grasp of digital marketing, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and
- Youtube advertising, is critical.
