Influencer Executive

The Influencer Executive will work inside Campfire’s Social and Influencer division, working in a team on large, global influencer campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands.

We’re looking for a talented and driven person who has prior experience in executing influencer campaigns from high-level paid-creators to large-scale gifted operations. 

The Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Identify and verify the quality of influencers within the client’s niche that meet the objectives of the influencer brief
  • Confidently establish a line of communication and a strong relationship with each influencer
  • Have a strong understand of the value each influencer holds and confidently negotiating fees where appropriate
  • Distributing and organising influencer agreements where appropriate
  • Creating and distributing influencer briefs in line with the client’s objectives
  • Organising influencer content into a content calendar and providing any content needed by the social team to the relevant stake holders for scheduling
  • Reporting on the important metrics of the activity.

Requirements

  • Positions available:

    • Assistant Director (1st AD)

    • Production Designer / Art Director

    • Sound Recordist & Boom Operator

    • Gaffer / Lighting Crew

    • Script Supervisor

    • Editor

    • Composer (urban/ambient tone preferred)

    • Production Assistants

    • Social Impact Outreach Coordinator (optional)

  • Experience with indie or social issue-driven projects preferred

  • Ability to work with low-budget resources in a high-impact creative environment

  • Must be reliable, passionate, and open to storytelling collaboration

  • Some roles may be remote or open to support from India

Compensation

  • Low-budget project: Expenses covered

  • Profit-share and deferred payment options available
