A film festival is seeking experienced and passionate industry professionals to serve as judges for an upcoming event. Job Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate submitted films across various categories
- Provide detailed ratings and constructive feedback for each film
- Attend and participate in festival screenings

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 feature film credits in any major production role
- Strong understanding of film production, storytelling, and cinematic techniques
- Ability to attend full festival screening days
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Passion for supporting independent and emerging filmmakers
