Job Description: We are seeking talented and dynamic DJs to join our event team for exciting gigs in the NYC/NJ area. As a DJ, you will be responsible for creating an energetic and unforgettable atmosphere for a variety of events. Whether it’s a nightclub, corporate event, or private party, your ability to mix tracks and read the crowd will be crucial in ensuring the success of the event.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform live DJ sets tailored to the specific event and audience.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other performers to deliver a seamless experience.
- Engage with the crowd to maintain high energy and interaction throughout the event.
- Ensure all equipment is set up correctly and troubleshoot any technical issues during the event.
- Manage music requests and incorporate them into your set where appropriate.
- Adhere to event timelines and schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DJ with a diverse music portfolio.
- Ability to read the crowd and adapt music selections accordingly.
- Excellent knowledge of DJ equipment, including turntables, mixers, and sound systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and various event locations within NYC/NJ.
- Professional appearance and a high level of reliability.
Compensation:
- $350 per event.

Job Description
A luxury cruise line is casting talented vocalists to join an international entertainment team for a 7-month performance contract. Performers will bring to life a variety of high-quality musical productions, including Mandarin-English hybrid shows, on board a China-based cruise ship. This is a full-time opportunity with rehearsals in the UK and travel included.
Job Responsibilities

Perform in up to 7 unique live musical shows onboard the cruise ship

Deliver strong vocal performances with consistency and professionalism

Collaborate with directors, choreographers, and fellow cast members

Attend all rehearsals and live performances as scheduled

Participate in cast meetings, vocal warmups, and stage preparations
Requirements

Strong, trained vocal ability (all vocal types encouraged)

Must be able to enter the UK for rehearsals (visa required if applicable)

Required documentation: STCW certification, medical clearance, seaman book
