Job Description: Paradym Group is looking for two professional and outgoing Tradeshow Models to represent our client at the International Fastener Expo in Las Vegas. This role involves engaging with attendees, managing the booth, and generating leads. We are seeking individuals who are confident, approachable, and able to effectively communicate with event attendees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a booth hostess, greeting and interacting with clients and consumers.
- Manage the flow of attendees within the booth area.
- Lead generation through badge scanning and direct interaction with potential clients.
- Walk the tradeshow floor to solicit new leads and promote the client’s offerings.
- Ensure that the booth maintains a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the event.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tradeshow modeling or similar promotional roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
- Comfortable with lead generation and badge scanning technology.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the event.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
Compensation:
- $32 per hour (quick payment).
