Responsibilities
- Developing new ideas for our Vlog Channel
- Leading creative/brainstorming meetings to develop each new idea
- Provide an outline for each video concept before pre-production is started
- Guiding each video from concept to completion by collaborating with the Production Managers, Camera and Post-Production teams.
- Great understanding of YouTube trends and analytics
- Develop Thumbnail concepts
- Research YouTube trends and develop best practices for retention
- Lead Creative for brand integrations
- On set directing
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a director, producer, writer or content strategist in high performing digital content
- Affinity of all things social and viral
- Great Communication, Organization and Time Management Skills
- Knowledge of influencers/creators and current video trends
- In depth knowledge of YouTube analytics
