Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assisting VFX Production Managers and VFX Supervisors
· Track shot progress and maintain organized and clear notes from shot reviews and meetings
· Coordinate and track all deliveries, including uploads and downloads, as well as all physical shipping and receiving
· Keep track of shot reviews, meetings for a project and keep the team well informed of any changes
Qualifications:
· Must be proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized
· Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Must have good understanding of the postproduction process, as well as a clear understanding of all aspects of visual effects and production.
· Must be a team player and have a friendly and positive attitude
