Aptar Pharma Injectables (1200 personnes – deux sites de production), entreprise innovante du groupe Aptar (13 000 personnes dans le monde), spécialisée dans la recherche et la production de composants en caoutchouc destinés à l’emballage pharmaceutique dans le domaine de l’injectable, leader sur le marché des protège-seringues, recherche dans un contexte de fort développement, un « ASSISTANT MANAGER UP (H/F) » dans le cadre d’un contrat en alternance ou d’un stage long.
Basé(e) sur notre site de Granville (50) dans le Sud Manche, vous accompagnerez notre Manager Unité de Production GV1 en poste sur nos usines au développement et à la structuration du service dans un contexte de démarrage de l’unité (moins de 1 an).
Activités et tâches dominantes :
- Support du Manager UP au déploiement de la solution Aptar1 (SAP + MES)
- Interagir avec les autres services (Supply Chain, Qualité, Méthodes, Maintenance, …) afin de coordonner l’ensemble des activités liées au projet
- Poursuivre l’aménagement des postes de travail et des SAS habillage
- Déployer le 5S au sein de l’UP
- Travailler sur des fiches réflexes moulage pour les opérateurs/conducteurs moulage.
Profil du candidat :
Etudiant en école d’ingénieur orienté production ou mécanique, vous recherchez un contrat d’alternance à partir d’octobre 2022 ou un stage long.
Vous avez une bonne maitrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point principalement) et avez un bon niveau en anglais.
Votre rigueur, votre curiosité, votre autonomie et votre bon esprit d’analyse seront des qualités nécessaires pour réussir pleinement vos missions.
Le poste sera très orienté terrain.
Durée de la mission : 1 an en alternance ou 5 à 6 mois en stage continu
