Jigsaw Casting is Seeking a Male Singer age 45-55 and Football Player types ages 25-35 for an AAA Insurance Campaign in Toronto!
 
Looking for the following roles:
  • 1. Male Singer. Ages 45 to 55. He is playing the role of a Singer / Composer. He will be singing a jingle in this spot.- MUST be able to sing well! Doesn’t have to be a real Composer. We’re looking for a Barry Manilow type. He’s a natural performer and personification of an era where jingles were king. Bonus if you play the piano but please do not limit, we are open to those who cannot play as well.
  • 2. Football Player type guys – 25 to 35. Should read as a large, muscular football player or Just a big guy who looks like they play football. Doesn’t need to be the stereotypical quarterback spokesperson—open to different body types that might play different positions as long as he looks like a football player.

Pays approx. $2000 per person if selected. No in person audition or previous acting experience is required. This is an ACTRA project. Non union members are welcome to apply. Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

LGBTQIA+ Talent for HIV Prevention Campaign

Job Description
A national HIV prevention campaign is seeking diverse LGBTQIA+ talent to be featured in an important and impactful project. This campaign will highlight inclusivity, representation, and real stories while spreading awareness. Filming will take place in Vancouver, with casting in both Vancouver and Toronto. Travel and accommodations will be provided for Toronto-based talent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in a filmed HIV prevention campaign

  • Represent diverse LGBTQIA+ communities authentically on camera

  • Work with the production team to deliver a meaningful and powerful message

Requirements

  • Two Black brothers or twins, ages 10–13

  • Same-sex male couple

  • Non-binary individuals

  • Transgender women

  • Black, White, or Latino LGBTQIA+ talent

  • Must be comfortable on camera and available for filming in Vancouver

Compensation

  • Travel allowance: $300 (Toronto talent only)

  • Down day: $300 (Toronto talent only)

  • Per diem: $100 per day (Toronto talent only)

  • Wardrobe fitting: $75 for first 2 hours, $37.50 per additional hour

  • Session fee: $600 for 10 hours

  • Overtime: $90 per hour after 10 hours

  • OCP Talent Buyout: $10,800 for 2 years (based on final edit and usage)

Project Pharma Commercial – Non-Union Roles

Job Description
A healthcare commercial campaign is casting real people to share authentic stories and experiences. This project celebrates every step of the healthcare journey and challenges the barriers that prevent people from feeling their best. The focus is on real bodies, real stories, and real representation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in a healthcare-themed commercial campaign

  • Share authentic energy and presence on camera

  • Attend callbacks and wardrobe fittings as scheduled

  • Be available for one full shooting day within the production dates

Requirements

  • Men and women, ages 35–55

  • BMI between 30–50

  • All ethnicities welcome

  • Must be based in or able to work in Toronto

  • Cannot have appeared in ads for pharmacies or pharmaceutical companies

Compensation

  • $57 for wardrobe fitting (approx. 2 hours)

  • $451 for a full shoot day (10 hours, additional pay if longer)

  • $4,887 buyout for final campaign use (videos, 1 year, North America + worldwide digital/social)

  • $1,880 additional buyout if images are used in print or billboards
