Responsible for managing the overall look and feel of our digital presences. This position will have oversight of the Web Producers and work closely with newsroom management. Manage online content including selecting and writing necessary content for multiple platforms. Assign tasks to digital content producers and other newsroom staff, hold reporters accountable for daily posting routines in the field, provide employee feedback on a continuous and regular basis, plan for the long-term growth of the sites, set priorities and plan coverage for major events, develop and guide the execution of tactics to achieve metrics, oversees mobile content on various mobile platforms, serves as a primary link between on-air and online news as a key member o the News Management Team. Must have strong leadership and motivational skills, and be an energetic journalist who works well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Must have a working knowledge of social media platforms, HTML formatting skills, and knowledge of how to FTP/publish web content. Must have strong editing, and keen editorial judgment with the ability to handle breaking news. Bachelor’s degree in journalism or other related fields with a minimum of 2 years of web content experience and 2 years of management experience. Position Summary

Company 3 Method Studios Inc is looking for an Associate Producer, Archival to join its archive and production team. The Associate Producer will work closely with our internal production team client production, client editorial and the various faculties and services here at Company 3.

Main Duties

The Archive Associate Producer will also participate alongside our producing team and deliverables team on regular status calls, production summaries and strategy meetings for high-profile feature finishing projects. This position will coordinate with internal data management team to ensure timely migration of all digital & physical assets relevant to your project into, through and out of our storage infrastructure and facilities. An appetite to learn and master studio specs and requirements for archival assets, including DSMs, DIs, DCDMs and Home Video.

What You Bring

You have a desire to learn the base of how the finishing workflow is handled, including image acquisition technologies, best editorial procedure, online-conform, color correction, LUTs, digital cinema, HDR and deliverable requirements and procedures relevant to each of your projects – to ensure hand off to archive team is smooth. You have exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and are detail oriented. You have an ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.

  • Previous experience in a feature or episodic dailies, Post Production or VFX finishing environment.
  • An understanding of the Post Production scheduling process and the concept of deadlines therein.
  • An understanding of the digital editorial process and the relationship between offline and online editorial environments.
  • The ability to perform in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently within their own process.
  • Ability to listen, understand and engage different cultures and perspectives.

What You’ll Do:

Work with our team of media buyers, content writers, and videographers to create high performance direct response videos for a wide range of client brands.

Monitor and interpret performance data to iterate existing videos to optimize for conversions.

The Ohio Masonic Home is looking for a full-time Video Production Editor and it could be YOU!

The Video Production Editor will be responsible for producing informational, testimonial, and promotional videos for The Ohio Masonic Home and all of its subsidiaries. This individual will be responsible for seeing all photo and video productions through from pre to post production, including but not limited to, planning, scripting, filming, editing, sound-mixing, graphics, output, and distribution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for sales/marketing, internal corporate videos, external promotional videos, recruiting videos, and other videos for The Ohio Masonic Home and all of its subsidiaries
  • Work with the Corporate Marketing Manager on creation and design of content, tone, and overall style for videos, photos, and advertisements
  • Proficient with industry-standard design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit all video productions
  • Expertise and flexibility in designing solutions for print, video and digital mediums
  • Maintain brand guidelines and messaging of The Ohio Masonic Home and all of its subsidiaries
  • Create opening/closing graphics to reinforce brand guidelines
  • Upload videos to our websites, YouTube channels, and social media outlets
  • Participate in weekly marketing team meetings
  • Develop production schedules
  • Plan photo and video shoots; scout, select, and reserve shoot locations
  • Collaborate with campus, Foundation, and Resource Center teams to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content

  • Work independently, as well as part of the marketing team, to establish project deliverables

Qualifications:
