We are seeking an innovative leader with superior news judgment to drive the gathering, creation and distribution of engaging, compelling content. The EP manages content for digital and linear in conjunction with other news managers. The ideal candidate must have a keen understanding of multi-platform strategy, a track record of breaking news success stories and thrive in a very competitive environment. This person will excel by executing big-picture goals while focusing on the details with daily content coverage. We are looking for a proven leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills. The EP will inspire the news team to produce enterprise content for liner, digital and social with storytelling that is optimized for each screen.
Responsibilities :
- Complete oversight for the newscasts and all content across our multiple platforms, including story selection, production and newsroom management
- Design and implement strategies to engage and build audiences across platforms, including working with audience development to ensure the Building a Better Bay Area brand promise is met
- Encourage innovation, risk-taking and powerful storytelling in crafting great content
- Inspire producers and writers to use creative production techniques and new forms of media to enhance content across platforms
- Supervise newscast and digital producers and writers and provide consistent feedback by setting goals and tracking progress
- Contribute strategic content ideas in editorial meetings and overseeing editorial decisions while ensuring content is consistent and appropriate
- Collaborate with Assignment Editors and Digital Producers on multi-platform breaking news coverage
- Copy edit linear and digital scripts
- Foster a positive work-place attitude and encourage a collaborative spirit
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in local television news production
- Must have superior news judgment
- Demonstrated ability work under deadline pressures and work in a rapid, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible with working hours and adaptable to change
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of previous management experience in a top 20 market preferred
Required Education :
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication or related field, or equivalent experience

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for an Associate Producer to coordinate and provide pre-production, production, and post-production assistance for Superbook content. This position will also provide social media support for Superbook-themed online marketing and digital programming.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge of television production and post-production
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps (such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop) and other video/audio production-based software
- Proficient in MS Office, Internet, Social Media, and ability to learn new software

VinePair, the country’s largest media company for the drinks industry, is seeking a Creative Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about producing photography and video for media in the food and beverage space, and excited to join a fast-paced newsroom in a dynamic startup environment. This position will work closely with the Brand Partnerships and Editorial teams under the direction of our Art Director.
Responsibilities
Photography
- Work closely with the art team to ideate photography standards that are within VinePair’s visual style.
- Shoot product and still life in-studio, as well as on location in various environments.
- Edit, retouch, color-correct and own all aspects of post-production.
- Contribute ideas for photo essays and visual editorial projects.
- Help manage VinePair photo studio, maintaining equipment, props, and set design materials.
Video
- Brainstorm social video ideas that are consistent with trends on social platforms and translate them to VinePair’s drinks content.
- Produce multiple social videos per week for distribution across relevant platforms, working with Social Editor to ensure videos are optimized for all mediums (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
- Edit, retouch, and optimize social videos in post production.
- Manage VinePair’s TikTok account and post in-app directly.
- Work with the editorial team on best practices to amplify editorial content to quick and digestible social video.
- Oversee video production for recording across the VinePair Podcast Network.
Miscellaneous
- Opportunities to attend as a production assistant on brand partnership video & photoshoots.
- Shoot photo and/or video for smaller-budget brand partnership campaigns.
- Assist Art Director with photo and vendor research for large budget brand partnership campaigns.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in photo/video production at a media company or relevant field
- Knowledge of digital, social, photo, and video trends.
- Deep proficiency in video creation, specifically for TikTok and Reels
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom) for output of quality visual assets post-production.
- Can creatively translate the needs of the brands and client into high quality output through a detailed understanding of the requirements of the platforms.
- Website/portfolio of photography is a must to be considered for this role.
- Experience and knowledge of the drinks industry is not required but is a major plus
- Experience and knowledge of high-level video production is not required but is a major plus
- Willingness to touch multiple facets of the company, beyond “job description” and learn from experts in the field.

Marvel Studios ‘Echo’ Casting Call
Casting: Military Veterans
Looking for Native American, First Nations and Indigenous veterans and active military to work as background performers on the new Marvel Studios streaming series.
Filming will be July 26-30 near Atlanta, GA
COMPENSATION, TRAVEL, & HOTEL PROVIDED
Background performers (extras) are compensated
Rate: $135/day for up to 12 hours of filming
(anything over 12 hours per day incurs overtime pay)
For those who live more than 100 miles from the location, production will provide additional compensation for housing:
YOUR CHOICE OF:
A clean hotel room + $25/day for meal compensation or $125/day living expenses
Production will also provide additional compensation of up to $350 in travel expenses with valid receipts (each way).
