Job Description

A media company is seeking American-born individuals living in Southern California to participate in a paid in-person voice recording session. Participants will engage in natural conversations, answer questions, react to prompts, and perform dialogue exercises to help support the development of next-generation AI technology.

The project is specifically looking for a wide variety of American accents and dialects, including voices from regions such as Boston, Texas, the Midwest, and other areas across the United States.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a four-hour in-person voice recording session.
• Answer questions and engage in natural conversations.
• Perform dialogue and speaking exercises as directed.
• Provide authentic speech samples representing your regional dialect or accent.
• Complete required project documentation and release forms.

Requirements

• Must be American-born.
• Must currently reside in Southern California.
• Comfortable participating in recorded voice sessions.
• Possess a distinct regional accent, dialect, or speaking style.
• Able to attend an in-person recording session.
• Must complete any required consent and data release forms.

Compensation Details

• Rate: $325 per hour
• Total Compensation: $1,300 for a four-hour session
