A company is looking for a Publishing Platform Solutions Associate Director.
Position Responsibilities:

Manage the strategic direction of the publishing platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of all customer groups
Optimize user experience and drive initiatives that impact business results
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, network extensively, and empower the team to focus on high-value, scalable solutions

Required Qualifications:

Five-plus years of experience in scholarly publishing or equivalent
Deep knowledge and understanding of the journals publishing ecosystem
Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices
Effective leadership, communication, and management skills
Bachelor’s degree
