Open Jobs:
Casting “Los Colores De Marcia,” a University of Miami short film based on the life of Marcia, a quirky but lonely 70-year old woman who lives in a tiny apartment by herself. As she revisits her memories, she begins to build a relationship with the only person in her life, her nurse, Lucia.
Completely in Spanish with English subtitles.
Marcia: LEAD, female, looks like 60-80 years old. -naive, lonely, and genuine. Faced several losses in her life, never being able to connect with anyone. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH. non-union.
Lucia: SUPPORTING, female, looks like 30-45 years old. Marcia’s nurse/caretaker. Doesn’t think much of her patients until she connects with Marcia. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH. non-union.

Dates and Locations: Rehearsals and filming mid-end of March (weekends) 2021 in Miami, FL.
Compensation: UNPAID. Meals will be provided during production days. A copy of the film will be given to the cast and crew when completed.
