Job Description
The Dinner Detective, America’s largest murder mystery comedy dinner show, is casting performers for its Long Island location. The interactive show seeks actors, comedians, and improvisers to join its rotating company. All roles are paid, with flexible scheduling based on monthly availability, offering a unique opportunity in interactive entertainment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform in an interactive, improvisational murder mystery comedy show for a live audience.

• Portray various characters and engage directly with guests while staying in character.

• Attend rehearsals and collaborate with the ensemble cast.

• Be available for scheduled performances, which are booked one month at a time.

Requirements

• Actors, improvisers, stand-up comedians, and performers aged 21 and above.

• Based in or able to commute to the Long Island/Glen Cove area.

• Strong improvisational skills are highly preferred.

• Performers who can portray characters aged 35+ are especially needed.

Compensation

• All roles are paid performance positions.
