Technical Proposal Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

PowerPoint presentation expert and strong RFP experience, Must provide work samples at the time of submission. 
Job Description 

  • Our organization is seeking an experienced Technical Proposal Manager/PPT Presentation Creator to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the proposal development process, including writing and editing proposals for IT and technical projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in IT and technical proposal writing, with at least 2 years of experience in proposal writing, presentation creation, and proposal project management.
  • The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills  

  • Develop and manage the proposal development process, including developing proposal outlines, schedules, and timelines.
  • Write and edit proposals for IT and technical projects, ensuring that proposals are compelling, persuasive, and compliant with requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical subject matter experts, sales, and project managers to develop winning proposals.
  • Manage multiple proposals and projects simultaneously, ensuring that proposals are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze RFPs and other proposal requirements, identify proposal content requirements, and develop compliant and responsive proposals.
  • Conduct research, gather information and data, and perform analysis to support proposal development.
  • Maintain proposal content, templates, and other proposal development resources.
  • Help ensure CRM system is updated and help facilitate updates from the sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, or related field.
  • Strong technical proposal writing skills and experience in developing proposals for IT and technical projects.

Required Education      

  • High School diploma or GED required.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of APMP and Shipley best practices
  • APMP Foundation level certification

Required Years of Experience     

  • 2+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, or related field.

Director of PR and Marketing Communications

As the Director of PR and Marketing Communications you will be one of the key architects within a scale-up, undefined, fast-moving environment. As one of the founding members of the critical first-line team your role as advocate and champion North American customers will influence, lead and drive outstanding performance in every aspect of how our new brand establishes itself.

The Role: The Director of PR and Marketing Communications is responsible for creating, introducing, and successfully embedding the Luxury Brand and vehicle line in the target customer’s consciousness. The successful applicant will leverage earned, owned, and paid channels and outlets to effectively communicate our brand and vehicle in a targeted way to create awareness and purchase consideration, driving maximum leads into the sales funnel for sales and retail network to convert into sales.

For the Director of PR and Marketing Communications we are looking for

  • Need to rapidly become a trusted influencer who can build strong shared alignment, goals, and partnerships
  • Experience within the automotive industry, established network of media relationships and demonstrated aptitude in both media communications AND marketing communications across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Proven track record managing diverse agencies and working and collaborating with retail networks, groups, investors, and Distributors
  • Previous experience in combining data with marketing/communications knowledge and real-world experience to create impactful and targeted communication tools and solutions that deliver strong ROI
  • Extensive experience leading both a direct team and a matrixed organization of external stakeholders and agency partners
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging a diverse group of partners to create and capitalize upon market opportunities leading to profitable sales
  • A digital champion, skilled in connecting multiple lead-generating channels and platforms to generate upper-funnel sales leads, continually improve the message and the deployment to maximize retail sales
  • Driven and motivated to create a high performing, digitally led marketing process and ensuring retail partner engagement in tactical communications to support national and regional campaigns

Job Description: The Production Manager (Producer) will be a critical matrix team partner for the Product and Engagement Planning teams, seeking to create a versatile role for marketing campaign management and execution across Digital and Print materials for a Brand book of work or a particular therapeutic area or franchise. The Producer Role is responsible for gathering estimates on production work efforts across tactics, based on established brand and engagement strategy plans for the upcoming year, ensures tactical campaigns aligned with the strategy are carried through and executed in the proper cadence, fed by content module approval and tactical activity calendar updates.

Key Responsibilities
Obtains Production estimates for a book of work for a series of brands or Therapeutic area provides the Production Management Lead with ongoing financial reporting across production/execution, reconciles on monthly basis.
Cross-collaborates on the content planning timing in order to execute required campaigns
Collaborates with Capability Leads, IT and Engagement Planner to schedule resources and plan executions
Tracks 8 stages of cycle of campaigns and coordinates across the matrix to meet deadlines where timing may be challenged
Is aware of KPIs and is informed of campaign analytics with Business Intelligence & Analytics to help assess content performance to prepare for course corrections and enhancements
Performs QA and spot checking across materials for both digital and print
Runs or attends status meetings for Brand or Therapeutic area with matrix participants
Will learn Tools used to support project management, workflow, timelines, finances, etc. and inform improvements needed and in some cases lead a project with IT.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Campaign marketing
3+ years in marketing and/or activation in large complex organization
2+ years of Print and Digital marketing management planning and budget allocation experience
2+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required, but ideal)
Familiarity with Agile Principles
Understanding marketing data performance and how it informs decision-making
Familiar with marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, workflows
Highly organized and detailed oriented, accustomed to fast-paced settings
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on and edit communications and presentations where needed
Has passion for the role, shares ideas, brings improvements forward, teaches others
Experience managing external vendors, budgets and invoicing including vendor performance management
P&L or knowledge of Budget Management required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Experience with all pharma marketing and launch scenarios, a plus. Additional Job Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in Pharma

Starting at 6 mos but extendable to 4 yrs based on performance & budget
