A creative short film project is seeking a talented Sound Designer, Mixer, and Mastering Engineer to join the post-production team for rEset And. The film explores the story of an invisible man navigating themes of isolation, discrimination, and communication in a world where invisibility defines a race. The ideal candidate will craft an immersive audio experience that captures the emotional tone and enhances the storytelling of this ambitious production.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and mix a powerful soundscape that deepens the film’s emotional and narrative impact

• Handle dialogue editing, sound effects, and final mastering for delivery

• Collaborate with the director and colorist to achieve a cohesive creative vision

• Use sound to highlight the contrast between visibility and invisibility within the storyline

Requirements

• Experience in sound design, mixing, and mastering for film or similar media

• Strong storytelling sense through audio and attention to emotional detail

• Ability to work independently or collaborate remotely

• Vancouver-based candidates preferred, but remote applicants will be considered
