A Christmas-themed romantic comedy short film titled “Slay Bells” is seeking a DoP/Cinematographer for an upcoming shoot in Downtown Toronto. This opportunity is a strong fit for a cinematographer who can capture warm holiday visuals, clean comedic coverage, and polished storytelling through lighting and camera movement. Job Responsibilities

Lead cinematography for a narrative short, including shot planning and on-set camera execution

Collaborate with the director to achieve a festive rom-com tone and visual style

Manage lighting choices and camera setups to support performance and continuity

Deliver professional footage capture suitable for post-production workflow
Requirements

Experience as a DoP/Cinematographer on narrative projects (short films preferred)

Ability to work on location in Downtown Toronto

Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating narrative coverage, lighting, and composition
