OVERVIEW:

Sportradar is seeking a Product Manager for the US Data Collection and Monitoring squads to strengthen our experienced Sports API team in the US Sports Media group. Sports Media API team is dedicated to producing world-leading sports data feeds for the media market.

The Product Owner will own and drive thedata collection and tooling product backlog for Football, Basketball, Hockey, Baseball, NASCAR, plus other sports including college sports. In addition, you will be responsible for leading the Data Monitoring Squad, responsible for rolling out new data monitoring tools for the API portfolio. You will need to work closely with otherproduct managers, operations, development, sales and account management to deliver best-in-class data collection and monitoring tools that produce fast, accurate, timely data.

You will be responsible for driving the Sports Media tribe’s data collection and monitoring strategy and associated initiatives.

You will be an integral part of the US Product team within the US Media tribe supporting the biggest tech and media companies in the world. You will work with teams around the world as we help our clients develop their innovative solutions using Sportradar data.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Total ownership over driving the squads’ mission

  • Navigate multiple product prioritiesacross the two squads

  • Coordination of the squads’ work in higher-level cross functional initiatives

  • Requirements gathering and high-fidelity story writing

  • Interface design focused on decreasing errors and increasing efficiency

  • Backlog grooming with stakeholders across multiple product

  • Running Agile rituals such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, retros and reviews

  • Roadmap creation, planning and execution

  • KPI identification, measurement and reporting

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience with data products and visual software development

  • Understanding of the Sports media landscape particularly in Sports data

  • Ability to develop product strategies and prioritize work accordingly

  • Possess strong customer advocacy

  • AGILE methodology experience particularly in SCRUM

  • Ability to interpret complex technical concepts and communicate them simply to non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Autonomous, conscientious and organized approach to your work

  • Experience in maintaining an effective roadmap delivering initiatives on time and free of bugs

  • Effective leadership, providing clarity to engineering teams around product goals and direction producing high quality products

  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence

Pay Range:$84,700- $100,300

Sportradar is looking for a stand-out Paid Social Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our ad:s offering. This offering combines best-in-industry talent and technology to deliver a holistic solution across ad tech, creative, campaign management and measurement, built uniquely for the needs of the online sports betting & igaming industry.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery of our Paid Social offering for some of our largest and most demanding customers
  • Directly managing Paid Social campaigns for acquisition, brand building and retargeting objectives across Meta, Snap and Twitter platforms
  • Consulting and advising clients on how to successfully scale advertising spend and unlock performance on social media channels
  • Pro-actively identifying new opportunities and strategies to help customers reach their objectives via Paid Social
  • Analyzing and articulating past campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting our Sales teams in articulating our unique proposition to potential customers
  • Supporting our account management, tech and creative teams in integrating customers with our Paid Social offering
  • Working cross-functionality to influence our overall strategy across sales, marketing, product development and service delivery

Knowledge and skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of Paid Social marketing best practice across acquisition, retention and brand objectives
  • Knowledge of the online gambling/igaming industry and common marketing strategies
  • A rounded understanding of the keys to success on Paid Social across creative, campaign management and measurement functions
  • Good technical grounding with understanding of ad tech best practice, trends and challenges across app and web channels
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive insight from data
  • Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders

Experience and qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in paid social advertising, with hands-on experience executing brand and performance marketing campaigns
  • Preferable experience working within sports betting, igaming or broader sports space
  • Preferable experience with Dynamic Ads product
  • Preferable experience across Meta, Snap and Twitter
  • Preferable experience working in a commercial / sales / account management role

Pay Range:$100,000 – $120,000

The Product Marketing team is the engine to drive the launch and support adoption of the right products to the right audience at the right time with the right messaging to drive optimal results. THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager, North America to join the US Product Marketing team. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director for North America, this position will deliver marketing activity to all of Sportradar’s audiences to best position our products and solutions for our US clients and partners. The ideal candidate is obsessed with the connection between marketing, product, and business growth, and thrives in an ambiguous, fast-moving organization where the only constant is the opportunity to work on innovations that drive sports betting & entertainment forward.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches across multiple channels and target markets (customer type, industry events, marketing campaigns)
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to report on upper-funnel KPI’s, and subsequently communicate recommendations on how to improve our efforts
  • Aid in the strategy and development of priority sales and partnership materials for betting operators, media entities, and sports leagues
  • Elevate our usage of competitive intelligence to fuel market positioning
  • Partner with the marketing events team and Comms to plan efforts around trade shows and conferences
  • Coordinate go-to-market efforts with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales to identify, build, and leverage best practices and case studies

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successful track record in B2B marketing and/or B2C technology and/or sports marketing in a Product Marketing, Marketing Solutions, or similar function
  • Proven experience partnering with product & sales teams to deliver growth against shared KPIs
  • The ability to digest information and articulate its value proposition to a desired audience
  • Experience executing, if not managing, components of a product launch plan
  • Experience in developing presentations for prospects, clients, and/or internal teams in a manner they could leverage externally
  • Experience in elevating brand perception and awareness using both strategic and creative marketing approaches
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to work within peer groups and cross-functional teams to influence positive outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail which shows through your crisp writing
  • Big appetite to learn and research new industries, innovations and developments
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and hit tight deadlines
  • Willing and able to travel as necessary, particularly across the US and to EMEA when required
  • A willingness to respectfully hold yourself and your teammates accountable
