Who you’ll work with

As CRM Strategy Manager, you’ll report into the Senior CRM Strategy Manager, and have line management responsibility for CRM Strategy Executives.

The CRM Strategy team craft the customer communications strategy across Betting, Gaming & Safer Gambling. With a focus on relevancy and personalisation, they deliver impactful communications to keep our customers safe, entertained and feeling valued. It’s an exciting time to join the team, as we overhaul our tools to deliver the best possible CRM activity.

Your role in ‘better’

• You’ll be an important link between the CRM team and commercial team, and wider. In this collaborative role, you’ll join forces with colleagues across the business to deliver commercially considered and customer- focused campaigns and communications.
• You’ll put our customers at the heart of everything you do, crafting personalised, impactful, engaging & automated communications on & offsite.
• You’ll lead and support your team, giving them what they need to deliver their day-to-day tasks in line with plans.
• This is a data- focused role that will see you working in an analytical, targeted way to measure success and highlight opportunities for improvement.

• First and foremost, this role is about people. You’ll embody a coaching mentality that enables impactive communication, collaboration, and results in innovative, solutions- focused output.
• You’ll have experience in a CRM environment, comfortable shaping strategy and supporting a team.
• You’ll apply curiosity and passion in your approach to our customer communications, always seeking to further understand their needs and working to further improve their experience.
• You’ll be confident with data analysis, trend spotting and will be able to feed data- led insights into the wider business to support your decision making.

Who you’ll work with

As Senior Media Performance Manager, you’ll report into our Head of Media Strategy and Performance, collaborating with the Media Team and across our Bet and Gaming families. You’ll provide close support for our Media Planners, ensuring that our paid media deals are adding efficient commercial value.

Your role in ‘better’

• Using your commerciality and creativity to spot opportunities, you’ll highlight trends and advise the business on where best to put our future investment.
• This opportunity involves the ownership of forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of our acquisition media performance and budgets.
• You’ll be responsible for our media measurement framework output, translating and utilising findings from varying measurement sources (MMM, attribution and internal data models) to ensure maximum commercial success of all our activity.
• You’ll support us in our path to becoming even more people- centric, helping to craft our new customer acquisition strategies and keeping customer experience at the heart of your decision making.
• You’ll collaborate across Flutter, sharing with and learning from your counterparts, as well as keeping a keen eye on shared opportunities and partnerships.

How you’ll create ‘better’

• This is a multi- channel and highly commercial role. You’ll have a deep understanding of producing and delivering against multi- media strategy, with an understanding of how to blend above the line and below the line for optimum return on investment.
• In such a visible and relational role, it’s super important that you are a comfortable communicator with the ability to influence across a diverse mix of collaborators.
• You’ll need an analytical and strategic approach, comfortable using data to gain insights and shape decision making.
